Dark-T/M340 burrs? This is what is advertised in the description. The owners manual has a B-Modal and an M-Modal. But neither of those are included with this grinder. I guess I’m still confuzled. I just wish that there was more of a description or best use for the “Dark-T/M340 burrs. If that’s what comes with this grinder? Seller Answer: These grinders do not come with an additional burr set, however an additional set can be ordered separately. I also should have asked what burr comes with the grinder..? Please let me know if you see this. Coffee is excellent. Grind 50g around setting 9. Varies by bean. I use Chemex with 800g of water. If you plan to use it every morning, coffee must be an exciting ritual for you. As the charm of hand grinding for 5-6 min might wear off.

This grinder has a sturdy, fluid operation that can grind a fair number of beans at once. I noticed the consistency was excellent and I was able to make great coffee with the grinder.

Authentic Pietro and fast shipping, not the brew burrs but the B-Modal multipurpose burrs. Not here to review the grinder itself, if youre looking for a $500 hand grinder you know what this is.

I have this grinder and it's a WOW! I upgraded to BrewPro burrs and I use it exclusively for filter coffees. You will get automatic grinders for the same price or even cheaper from Eureka. But there is simply no comparison in terms of the outcome. The grinds are >90% uniform. Very few fines. This improves clarity of the brew exponentially. Even below average beans suddenly start tasting great. If you buy expensive beans, especially floral, fruity notes then you must purchase this grinder with BrewPro burrs. I'd recommend the Pietro add-on kit. The stand improves usability tremendously.
