Mix with cold water, very hydrating
There are a few things that you need to do for this to product to work properly. Follow the directions on the 4:3 ratio. I used a 1/2tbsp of 4 powder to 3 water and it was enough for all of my face and neck. MUST be cold water and must be exact. I used the wooden stick to scrap off the top of the powder. If you don’t do the exact, you will probably need to add water a little at a time to make sure it’s not to dry. To dry and it dries faster than you can apply it to the whole face and neck. If you try to use hot water instead(I did try this because a warm mask application would’ve been nice for a spa treatment), it hardens like jelly in less than a minute and becomes unusable. That’s why it must be cold water. With cold water mixed in, I had time to clean my face before application and it drying out. Also, just use a wooden stick to mix and apply it. I have a mask application brush and it messes with the 4:3 ratio. I don’t want to keep testing the amounts to figure the exact ratio for that and I’ve already tried 3 times and don’t want to waste more product unnecessarily. Another thing I found when using this, use a stainless steel bowl. Cleans up a lot easier than anything plastic. They don’t put this stuff in the description besides the 4:3 ratio, and I hope they do because it would’ve been helpful. Now I mix the mask perfect every time. As for the product, I like it. This is my first jelly mask. It does peel off but doesn’t pull off hair and blackheads like peel off masks. If you are looking for a highly moisturizing mask, this is great for that. Lots of product for those that don’t mind mixing their own for a better price. After the initial frustration of mixing it myself, I find the product exactly as advertised. I would definitely get this again. 4.5 stars

This almost lost a star, but the ingredients redeem it!!!
This did not peel off! I was a little annoyed. I applied a generous layer, lay down next to a fan and set my timer for 15 minutes. Then I got up and waited a few more minutes because it did not seem dry (generous layer, I guess). I picked at the edges trying to peel it, but they kept breaking off, then I tried to roll it off, which worked better but still took too long, finally I started scrubbing it off with a wet washcloth. So why did I still give it an overall 5 stars? THE INGREDIENTS ARE VERY GOOD, and I have a plan! I will use a thinner layer and only if I'm planning to jump in the shower anyway, so that it's easier to remove! The ingredients are really hydrating, it smells mildly of roses, and it's got good stuff like kojic acid, great for fading hyper pigmentation. It's a good mask but NOT a fast one!

Hard To Mix
With no instructions, it was difficult to ascertain the ratio of water versus the ratio of powder, I couldn't get it right. I finally was able to prepare it somewhat to apply to my face, after leaving it on for the correct amount of time it was time to remove and it came off in clumps. Perhaps this mask is more for a professional at a spa, as it baffled me. You do get a lot of product, but you use a lot trying to measure, not for my liking and time time-consuming to the user. I will say after I removed it made my skin feel a little more hydrated, but not greatly hydrated, simply not for me.

Makes for a fun girls night
Omg the laughs we all had with this was great. I swear it made our wrinkles fade away after one use. Definitely will buy this item again. I think I put too thin a layer on as it was tough to get off with a thinner layer. Notes for next time.

Lot of product!
Ill start with the only real negative. There were zero directions, so we just had to wing it. The first try it was a little runny, but you figure it out. That said, there is a TON of product, so you can try a bunch! Like a lot a lot. Its a little expensive at $33, but once you realize how much there is, the actual cost per application is pretty low. It works well at moisturizing the skin, and my wife's skin looked much brighter where it was applied. You have to make sure you get a thick enough coverage everywhere, otherwise it's really hard to get off your skin. Really good product for the price!

If you're expecting this to peel off like dried Elmer's glue...
I really gave this one a go. I tried various ratios, weighed 4 grams of powder to 3 grams of water, tried a 1:1 ratio like someone else suggested, and no matter what, the "mask" will NOT peel off. Some areas will dry like dried mud, and you have to rub those parts off. So parts will be like jelly, and peel off a bit before just tearing. But, nearly 98% of the stuff, you have to wash off with water -- and lots of it. It became so frustrating to use, I just threw the whole thing away. I was hoping this stuff would be like elmer's glue. When we were kids, we used to put that stuff all over our hands, and let it dry under the desks at school, and then slowly peel them off. We would try to do it in one piece, and it was always such a satisfying feeling. The sensation of it coming off your skin also felt calming and nice. This is the opposite of that. This is just like putting a mud mask on, letting it dry until it starts to crack, and then you just have to wash it off.

Don’t waste your money.
No matter how I mixed it, it came off in pieces. Goopy stuff everywhere and so hard to pick off the little pieces off the face. I tried many times, with different ways to see if I could get it off in one piece as in picture…. Not even close. It was very frustrating and a pain to even use it. I sent it back.
