The product itself seems solid. Sturdy split mold PVC upper with an adequate HDPE bucket. I haven't set it up to function yet but the pump does work. That brings me to the primary reason I gave it one star. In the product description it says it has a "timer". It does not. It has a state of the art "plugged in and not plugged in" aeroponic management system. This was the main reason I selected this product. I'm going to keep it and buy a timer I guess. Not sure this box can survive another trip around the globe/country. If you are looking for system to grow a bunch of really small water plants vertically, THIS is the thing for you!
