## Description

High Performance single-component product made from 100% RTV silicone rubber, that is designed for automotive and marine maintenance and other repair tasks. Versatile product withstands saltwater, endures sunlight, and remains flexible and resilient, even in challenging conditions. It effectively resists cracking, shrinking, vibration, and the stresses of expansion and contraction. Once fully cured, it remains stable and unaffected by extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideal for weatherproofing windshields/headlights/hatches, attaching trim/cleats/accessories, and repairing canvas and sailcloth. Meets ASTM C920, Class 25 standards. Review: Highly recommended. - Years ago I bought this from Home Depot and used it for a specific task where I needed to use it under water. It worked perfectly but when I needed it a few weeks ago I went back to buy a new tube but they didn't carry that brand anymore and the nearest equivalent was not adequate for the task. Thankfully found on desertcart and this is one sealant that I would highly recommend, it works on wet surfaces, it will cure under water and is very durable. I can't talk about removing, never having had to remove it. It is easy to use, open, squeeze tube, use and then put lid on to save the remainder. I used it this time to create a strong seal on a fountain for a friend and combined with a rubber bung it made a nice tight watertight seal where the power cord for the pump came through the fountain. Now if only we had the smarts to install a pump that was powerful enough so I may discover whether it is easy to remove the sealant soon.

Years ago I bought this from Home Depot and used it for a specific task where I needed to use it under water. It worked perfectly but when I needed it a few weeks ago I went back to buy a new tube but they didn't carry that brand anymore and the nearest equivalent was not adequate for the task. Thankfully found on Amazon and this is one sealant that I would highly recommend, it works on wet surfaces, it will cure under water and is very durable. I can't talk about removing, never having had to remove it. It is easy to use, open, squeeze tube, use and then put lid on to save the remainder. I used it this time to create a strong seal on a fountain for a friend and combined with a rubber bung it made a nice tight watertight seal where the power cord for the pump came through the fountain. Now if only we had the smarts to install a pump that was powerful enough so I may discover whether it is easy to remove the sealant soon.
