Not a cheap pan, very heave, food wipes off nice. Great baking pan.

The old 9x5 pans were a sight. Non stick beyond questionable and even a little dent in one. They still worked but it was time for replacement. And again I learned the lesson, still works is not the same as works good. Baked banana bread in this pan and I have never had such a beautifully browned, evenly browned and evenly baked loaf. It was extraordinary. The broad rims make handling the pan comfortable and easy which I was not expecting. For quick bread, I always line the pan with parchment that hangs over on the long sides and lightly butter the inside ends of the pan. I did the parchment but did not butter the ends. No sticking to the pan on either end. Cleaning was a breeze. Same excellent result with a new pumpkin bread recipe. This really was an upgrade.

Pam’s came quickly and were good quality. They are non stick, durable and I’m sure will provide years of use. Price was better than any of the local stores for this type pan.

I made the switch to kitchen aid cookware this past year and every item is well made and worth the cost.

As a baker, I sometimes red a small pan for making small batches of shortbread. This one is the perfect size for my needs.

This pan is the exact size I needed, which is hard to find. Good quality. My cookie bars baked up well. Easy to clean after use. The only mistake I made was cutting the bars out while in the pan—I already scratched up the metal on the bottom! Wouldn’t advise doing that. Happy with the purchase though. Would buy again.

I love a good cookie sheet, so far so good. Doesn't warp or move like the other ones I have. I love that I can slide the parchment and cookies right off and directly on to the cooling rack! The color is gorgeous too!
