Good quality fish, oil, and seasoning. Much better than mushy grocery store tinned fish.

The salmon was the best of the lot. As far as texture because the flavor is so much better the fish have a bit firmer and are best served on crackers or Melba roast. Quality was above par. Better than almost any canned seafood thus far. The spicing is done correctly. Not a heat experiment. Size and value are at a cross roads. This would be a treat. Not everyday because it’s just too expensive for everyday consumption. Texture was again a plus. It’s canned fish, so you get what you get with better firmness. For the size of these portions more would be better. As to versatility. It’s canned fish. I can’t wear it or put it in a cake, it’s a one dimensional food item. This is not a diss, it’s a fact. I would give this as a gift to a food enthusiast. But the prices have to come down. I am glad I tried the product.

The smoked salmon in chili oil is the best. Others are pretty damn good.
