Great for Adding Protein to Cookies
I've been adding the recommended serving of 4 tablespoons (12g protein) to my cookie recipe and I haven't noticed any flavor differences and if this really does contain the amount of protein advertised, that would mean my whole batch of 12 cookies, should have about 1g of added protein each. I might double or triple the amount of protein scoops, but I'm afraid that would mess up how the cookies turn out (turning crumbly or being too dense, so I'll keep playing around with the recipe). If I can dial this down correctly, I would be ecstatic that I can have homemade protein cookies and also not feel so bad to indulge in a cookie or two at breakfast or as an after meal snack. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to add some extra protein to their diets, any little bit here and there helps as we tend to not eat a lot of protein overall.
