I have two of these which I got for our bedrooms. I like that I don't need two separate appliances for air purifying and humidifying, and that the humidifier basin is so easy to clean. The lights are pretty, but I also like being able to turn them off for sleeping. They don't go completely dark - there's a small power light that stays on, but it's just enough to keep me from kicking the thing in the middle of the night. On medium and low settings they're very quiet. They're even more quiet with the humidifier in place. As others have noted, these are evaporative humidifiers so they operate very cleanly while boosting the air humidity *a little*. They're not going to turn a desert into a rainforest. It's enough to keep me from waking up with nosebleeds in winter which is all I need. I'm not trying to grow tropical plants. I had occasion to contact the manufacturer over a part I'd lost - totally my fault - and they were so kind and responsive! I'm impressed!

I like that this is easy to put together and has a humidifier. The humidifier is easy to use and doesn’t get dirty/gross like some I’ve had before. It has a pretty small water volume so I have to refill it daily. The noise level on low and medium is good but I find it too loud on high. The light doesn’t add anything for me, but you can turn it off. The unit feels sturdy and has been running continuously for two months with no issues.

After doing some research, I ordered this to help with my static issues at home. I wanted a humidifier but also something that cleaned the air since I have 2 small dogs and a husband. This device has made such a huge difference! It’s not very loud even on the highest setting! My allergies have actually improved quite a lot and I see less dust accumulating on our glass side tables. Any strong smells after cooking fish or other odorous foods are gone within the hour without having to light a candle. The best thing for me? I no longer receive a static shock strong enough to revive an elephant just from walking to turn on a light. All in all, great unit and fantastic bang for your buck!

Liked the idea of a stackable purifier + humidifier. I'm currently using the humidifier and it works well. It's an evaporative humidifier so you won't see a mist coming from the top, but the water disappears. It holds a little less than a half gallon of water. Instead of a "fill line" for the water, there is an overflow hole so you have to be careful not to fill it too high or water will pour out of the hole. This also means you can't take it to the sink to fill it up, unless you are very careful not to spill it on the way back. It's pretty quiet, even on Medium speed. I like that you can turn off the light on it.
