Just throw your money away
I have another one of these but another brand. This one won’t swing the ball around and gets hung up every time. Very poor quality. It isn’t made well at all. It is absolutely worthless.

This does not fit everyone as stated
I have seen this weighted hula hoop all over the internet so I broke down and ordered it. I was concerned it wouldn't fit because I have a little belly fat, but it is advertised to fit everyone so I assumed there were extra links in it to expand it. There are a few, but even after putting the extensions in I could barely attach it around my upper waist. I'm also having a hard time getting the weighted ball to go all the way around. I'm not sure if it's because it is so tight on me or if I just haven't figured out a rhythm yet, but it seems like it's catching somewhere. Otherwise, it's very easy to assemble. The links come apart easily to add or subtract length to the hoop. The ball is a good weight, it's not too heavy. I can see where this would whittle away tummy fat just from the back and forth type of motion. It's really a great idea and I hope I can get it to work for me.

Ich habe diesen Hoola Hup Reifen noch nicht mal eine Woche in Verwendung und schon sind zwei der vier abgebrochen! Ich kann diesen Artikel nicht weiterempfehlen!

Loved and then it broke
This was my new favourite thing. Fun and getting me moving. Unfortunately it broke after a could of weeks

Fun Fitness
This is a great and fun exercise concept, which doesn’t feel like a chore. I haven’t hula hooped in years, and you think it’s going to be easy, but it’s not as easy as I’d imagined. The weighted hoop is adjustable, and you can remove sections to fit your size or if you lose weight. It’s really well made, and came apart very easily. It feels strong and durable, and I love the colour. I’m really pleased with this item, and would highly recommend.
