This product absolutely works, but start slow! Taking the full two capsules right away is no joke and can definitely cause cramping until your body adjusts. I highly recommend starting with just one capsule first and increasing slowly if needed. Once I adjusted, it worked extremely well for bloating and regularity without making me feel jittery or overstimulated like some other cleanse products. I liked it enough that I signed up for a monthly subscription because it really does work. One VERY important thing — make sure you are buying the actual Mila Miamor brand. There are several look-alike products out there that look almost identical and do NOT work the same at all. I accidentally fell into that trap once myself. Just make sure the bottle clearly says Mila Miamor before purchasing.

rating this 4 stars because of the pain. this works, let me tell you. went to work and within the first hour my stomach started brewing. i spend most of my day in the bathroom rather than my work space. only take on days you’re not too busy. be near a toilet. expect pain. relieves my constipation though so that’s good. very effective for a cheap price.
