Kids Night-Time Gummies | Magnesium, L-Theanine, Vitamin B | Novomins

I’ve been ordering these gummies for around 12 months now for my children who are 6 and 8. I started off with the magnesium gummies after reading of the benefit of magnesium supplementation in ASD and then tried the night time gummies and my children love them, they look forward to them I would say! They contain L-Theanine and Chamomile. My children love the taste and bedtime is much calmer and they seem more relaxed. They don’t have them every night, and although this could be a placebo effect, I feel that they settle and fall asleep faster on the nights they’ve had the gummies. They often have a couple of pounds off the price on Amazon and in my opinion are worth stocking up on!

These are an absolute god send! My child used to wake up every night for 2-3 hours before taking these. Now sleeps all night, if he gets up it’s only for a short time. Me and him anew now getting a great sleep. He seems much happier. He says it tastes great and is just like a sweetie. Easy to chew.

These have been a total game-changer for our bedtime routine. My kids actually look forward to taking them because they love the taste, and I love that they include gentle, calming ingredients like Magnesium and L-Theanine instead of anything harsh. They seem to help the kids wind down and relax much easier at night. Definitely a win in our house!

I bought these specifically to help with children’s sleep, based on the marketing and wording on the front of the bottle. After reading the actual nutritional label, it’s clear this product is misleadingly advertised. The magnesium is magnesium citrate, not glycinate or bisglycinate, which is the form commonly associated with calming and sleep support. Citrate is primarily digestive. The magnesium dose is only 25 mg, far too low to have any meaningful effect on sleep or nervous system regulation. The product contains vitamin B6 and B12, which are stimulating for many children and not appropriate in a “night-time” or sleep product. Other calming ingredients like chamomile, glycine and L-theanine are included only in token amounts. This functions as a flavoured gummy supplement, not a sleep aid, and should not be marketed as supporting restful sleep. Parents deserve transparency, especially when products are aimed at children. I would not have purchased this had the advertising been honest about the formulation.

I bought these gummies as both my children have trouble falling asleep and magnesium really worked for me. They absolutely love the taste of them, and said they are really easy to chew with a good texture. They have started sleeping better since taking them already, and it’s only been a few days. I think the fact they are getting more sleep is helping with their energy levels and happiness. I believe the quality to be very good. Although it is more expensive than some other brands on Amazon, it has more ingredients not just magnesium, so I feel like it is worth the price.

My granddaughter does not want to go to bed and on a recent sleepover she screamed for 2 hours every night and was often up until almost midnight . On her next visit I decided to try the sleep time gummies. What a transformation. I gave her one with dinner at 6 pm and by 8 pm she was fast asleep every night. Overall she was much more relaxed did not play up during her bedtime stories and bedtime was enjoyable rather than hell. These are definitely worth a try

Unfortunally didn't work for my daughter and didn't help with her sleep. She did enjoy them though and said they taste nice

Mon fils aime bien ces gummies et les prend facilement grâce au goût agréable. C’est pratique à utiliser au quotidien. Concernant l’efficacité sur le sommeil, je n’ai pas constaté une grande différence pour le moment, mais cela peut varier selon les enfants. Malgré cela, j’en suis satisfaite dans l’ensemble.
