If only I could afford it, I would eat these every single evening. It takes a small while for these to work, but when they do, I get the major drowsiness! You can tell that they're sugar free, with a little bit of a "fake taste". On the contrary; the flavour is unmatched for the price. My energy is peak, next day. They are quite gummy, sticking to your teeth. Swallowing is simple if you've good gums. All in all, I'd say these are of the utmost quality.

I bought these as my sleep pattern and quality is very poor. These gummies have helped. I go to sleep more easily. They taste ok, a slight bitter after taste, and are good value for money.

I have always been a good sleeper and able to fall asleep no problem however, recently I have been having trouble with my sleep cycle and waking up around 2am/3am at night and being unable to go back to sleep for 2-3 hours. After trying these for 3 days my night waking has significantly reduced. I always wake up naturally a few times in the night for the loo, but with these I am able to fall back asleep in 10minutes, not 3 hours later as before. I have read some negative comments regarding the efficacy of the gummies and I feel it’s important to note that these are a herbal vitamin, and you cannot expect pharmacy level ‘knock out’ for something that does not require a medical physician to prescribe like Melatonin for example. If you are looking for something light to help your body clock reset I would 100% recommend giving these a try. Like with any vitamin you have to allow the substances within the gummy to build up in your system such as the B12 and Magnesium. Regular nightly dosage is recommended for this to occur (unlike some users stating that they use them as a one off). For those who do not wish to see a physician or take strong sleepers (which come with their own side effects) this is great way to help you regulate your mind and body.

Absolutely useless ! Used these for 1 week and my sleep patterns got worse and worse, couldn’t sleep, mind racing and ended up half the night. Do not buy !

Tasty , not as effective as I thought it would be , need something stronger

I wasn’t expecting much, but these have genuinely helped me wind down at night. Only tablets that work ! Take two when in bed, read a book and no phone ! Book falls to the floor, out like a light 🤣 and they taste great 👍
