Not fully functioning
It is a nice toy , however it doesn’t do the necessary whenever it hits the pool bottom it doesn’t open you have to open it manually in order for the Mermaid to be released!

Great pool toy
My 3.5 year old loves this in the pool. She’s starting to go under herself to retrieve the shell after Ariel swims up. Was packaged well and arrived quickly. After we’re done in the pool with it, I always store it in a bin out of the sun. It seemed a little high in price when I first saw it, but it’s worth it especially if you’re trying to work on someone’s skills going down to the bottom of the pool.
