We use all natural, high quality, fresh ingredients. Bittermilk No.3 includes: fresh lemon juice, bourbon barrel smoked Georgia honey, Florida golden cane sugar, and fresh orange peels.

How long does this product last after opening? Should I refrigerate it?

A quality statement best by date is printed on the back label of each bottle. Once the Bittermilk mixer is opened, it should be refrigerated. It is best when used within about a month of opening.

Does this product contain alcohol?

No. Our cocktail mixers are non-alcoholic. Leaving them without the alcohol allows you to mix cocktails to your preference of strength and spirit, or use it to make a non-alcoholic drink.

How do I use Bittermilk? What products do you recommend to mix this with?

Works well with Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, Scotch, Tequila or Rum. Shake equal parts Bittermilk No.3 and Whiskey (or Tequila) with lots of ice. Mix with whiskey for a whiskey sour, or swap for tequila to make a margarita.
