EDIT: After my prior review, I am changing my review from 2 to 5 stars. The company reached out and offered a full refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement and it should be here next week. Very pleased with the response time regarding this matter and rectifying the issue.Pretty disappointed, I’m barely two weeks postpartum and one of the pumps works intermittently. This especially frustrating at 2, 3, 4 in the morning. It worked great at the start and maybe I have a malfunctioning product, either way.. not what a new mom wants to deal with on these already sleepless night.

I have to say I am impressed with this pump.I had been using another brand that I thought was working fine, but was only giving me half of what my at home pump would produce. After quite a bit of research I decided to try another portable pump (this one) to see if I could get as much as the at home pump, and yes!!!So much better. Actually pumps full amount in a short time and is fairly comfortable.Only complaint is it’s a little annoying to have to plug the pump before pouring into a bag but that’s it!Been using for a week so far.

UPDATE: I loved this pump until it just stopped working. Now one of the motors makes a “thunk” sound, and won’t keep suction. So frustrated!!!! That said- customer service is incredible. Super impressed! So know that if you have any issues, they will help and make it right!I was told that hands free pumps don’t work as well as other electric pumps. WRONG.I get just as much milk (often more) using this pump, than I do with my Spectra. It’s comfortable. And it works with my gigantic boobs and one flat nipple, just fine.Every once in a while I have to take the pump apart, and put it back together because it won’t suction. I must not have something quite right. Otherwise- it’s amazing.Easy to use. Powerful even on low settings. Gentle. Effective. Easy to clean. And love the different flange sizes!!!

My wife loved this pump, but our dogs did not. They got ahold of it less than a month after we bought it and destroyed the plastic parts. Contacted Bonoch, the manufacturer to see if we could purchase the plastic pieces again. Instead of us buying the new pump pieces, they sent us a new pump free of charge and it got here in three days. Very impressed with the customer service and my wife is happy to have her pump back. Thank you Bonoch!

So I purchased this pump because my original pump I bought off temu sucked read the reviews and decided to give it a shot I’m still pregnant so I wanted to see the power of the suction so I put it on less than 3 min and I got colostrum with ease the suction was great I had to turn the power for the suction down I absolutely would recommend this pump off of suction and amount of colostrum I got in a short time can’t wait to use it once I’m really producing milk if your thinking about don’t hesitate no longer buy it asap
