This is my third product from Hydrate Spark and I’m not disappointed with this purchase either. I absolutely love this tumbler because it feels so different from the traditional Hydrate Spark bottles and you can even have tea/coffee in this too!

The minimum time between bottle glows is 1 hour. I need this to be 20 or 30 minutes and the app doesn't let me do that. So far my £70 bottle was a waste of money.

Post bariatric surgery it is imperative that you keep your water consumption high and steady. The tracking it does is so ridiculously helpful. My husband and I share our tracking through the app, so we know to kindly nudge each other if we're really behind on our goal for that day.The app isn't perfect but it's pretty close. It lets you change what type of drink is in the cup, so the hydration count is accurate or manually track drinks you've had outside the cup. (My only small gripe with the app is for manual entries, if you swipe and find the type of drink first then adjust the amount, it resets the type of drink back to water. You have to remember to set the amount first, which of course I never do.) The notification reminders from the app are funny or adorable and not guilting or shaming or annoying. You can adjust those as well though if you don't love them. You can also set what times of day you'd like reminders so mine don't start until after I've finished my 1 daily cup of coffee.Also, with having ADHD I can become hyper focused on something and forget to sip. The light up bottom almost Pavlov's me into taking regular sips and allows me to stay hydrated without taking brain power away from my task. Post gastric bypass you can't take large gulps of water so it's hard to catch up if you fall behind in a day, so regular reminders to take small sips is key.And the cup doesn't sweat (aka water condensation on the outside) so that is nice. Now that I'm recovered, I'm hoping to buy one with a strap so it's easier to carry around all day as I'm out and about. This one is hard to keep in hand while towing kids, and a purse, and all the things' we tend to lug around so we can take care of everyone, including ourselves.

Easy set up. Durable and helps my pre-diabetic aging mum stay hydrated throughout the day.

This is the 3rd one we have purchased. Both my husband and I purchased these cups 2 years ago and they work great. We have the 20 oz with straw. You do have to remember to resync occasionally (I do once a week) and open the app on your phone so it can sync a couple times a day. I have reminders on and it reminds me to drink in fun ways. I try to charge every 5-7 days. The colors are great (we have not paid for upgrades, we only do the free app). I set a goal and try to meet it every day. We compete to see who can drink more water daily or weekly. We did have to purchase another one as one of the glasses took a couple of hard falls and the sensor is a little wonky. They were on sale so it made more sense just to replace rather than just order the sensor. I refill often so I always have cold water but I have filled at night and have had ice the next morning so it does keep beverages cold.

When I was researching these bottles I thought this can’t really help me that much it’s just gonna be a gadget, well I was very wrong!I found this water bottle and the Hidrate app so helpful in getting enough hydration to properly support breastfeeding. The app asked me questions about my lifestyle to recommend a daily goal and it became a really good challenge all the time to meet them. I like not having to be constantly on my phone and trying to remember to track finished water bottles in a tracker app. I like the features in the app for adding a variety of hydration sources, manually adding other bottles, and changing the colours whenever I want. The subscription is a little silly to get the extra features I guess but I like the features so I just pay for the year, it works out as the best deal.My only complaint with this tumbler model is the huge metal straw. It’s smaller than the spout so it rattles around which has sometimes been a concern being around a sleeping baby a lot. It’s also a bit of a pain to clean as the metal heats up very fast in hot water. I think plastic that fit more snuggly would have been a better design.I’m happy I got this, I’m on a 191 day streak and feeling way better than I was now that I’m hydrated enough to support myself and my baby

I have spent my life not being thirsty. I don’t know why, I’m hungry all the time but not thirsty. I’ve tried the giant jugs with the motivational measurements on the side, phone alarms that just annoy me, and everything in between.THIS IS IT. My doctor is so proud of me and this cup. It was a little difficult syncing up but after I got it done, it’s been a dream! It’s a good amount of liquid too (20oz). The app on my phone syncs accurately and immediately while letting me set the color to the bottom of my cup :) No more passing out from dehydration. Thank you, HidrateSpark!
