We got this for our 3 year old and so far she has been having a blast. The 8ft one was pretty easy to setup. The instructions were clear and while I do think it is doable with one person, it definitely helped it have a second pair of hands. The box included all the tools and parts you need. The entire setup took us under an hour. The trampoline feels stable and really solid once put together. The safety net feels secure and it also has the zipper closure for the door which is nice. Our little one can walk up and down the provided ladder with ease too. She has been in love with this trampoline and wants to play it day and night. This 8ft one has a max load of 285lbs which is enough to hold one parent and one kid for us, and we expect to get a lot of use out of this. We’ve had an adult of 190lbs bounce on it and it feels solid.

Went with the 14 foot trampoline since we found a good sale on it, set up wasnt terrible at all, a few hours and 2 people and it went up with out issue. Then about a week later a part of the outter ring got bent. Seller was incredibly helpful and sent out a replacement part IMMEDIATELY. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Great quality. I got the 12ft and it’s plenty big. Pretty easy set up. My mom and I set up by ourselves until we got to the net and needed a 3rd person for that. In total, it took about 3 hours to set up. We love it so far

Do not buy this product. The upper part of the net constantly detaches from the upper pole. Happens about every other time the kids use it. Once one comes off, others do, and they are a PAIN and a balancing act to put back in. Worse yet, one of the upper poles broke within the first year (see attached pictures). I tried calling the manufacturer (Jelens) 3x during normal business hours. It just rings. No one picks up, there's no voicemail, or anything automated to connect with someone. On their website, the contact info directs you to click "Write Us" as another way of contact. You click that, and their webpage just spins - nothing loads or changes. Unbelievable. Trying to find a pole replacement on my own without any luck thus far. Update: Found a universal pole that fits from another company. Again, a constant problem is the poles at the top come out of the T parts. My kids aren't strong or tall enough to fix it themselves. To reach up there and pull them in, you're very off balance - even standing on the ladder. This morning, I fell into the trampoline while trying to put the poles back in after my kids were jumping last night. I'm fine - the fall wasn't bad, but two more poles broke. We've owned multiple trampolines. This was is BY FAR the worst. Do not buy. Literally non-existent customer service - none of their contact information connects you with anyone or anything.

Ordered size 14Ft. Received Trampoline in time. All parts intact with none damaged. Assembling was easy per instructions. The mat does not get hot! Yay! It’s sturdy and looks amazing in my backyard. I wish the zipper could go all the way up for easier entry and exist for adults. But that should not stop you from buying it. You can undo two hooks on either side at the base of the mat. I read so many trampoline reviews and finally settled on this one. We went with 14ft. It doesn’t look overly large in our yard and it’s easy for my husband to move to mow. It’s big enough that my 13 year old can connect two tumbling skills. The springs do squeak but it doesn’t bother her. We’ve had it about a month and, so far, it seems like great quality.

When looking for a trampoline I read a million reviews of all the trampolines and they were all awful. I didnt think I would find a good one for a decent price. This one at the time was newer and only had a few reviews but they were good. We chose it because of the higher weight limit so the adults could enjoy it too. My 3 elementary kids jump on it all the time and have had no issues. Even my husband joins who is 200 lbs. The net came off a pole once or twice after a storm and we hung it back up. We’ve had some bad storms with heavy wind in Texas and no poles bent or ripped netting. The price is great especially with a high weight limit and such good quality!! 10/10 would recommend
