EFX Performance Balance Bracelet, Silicone Wristband for Athletes/Seniors

I normally don't do reviews but i was compelled to do so on this product. I will start with I have been using EFX bands since 2011. i was walking around the Spectrum mall in Irvine CA when I came across this display. I sat and watched them demonstrate the bands. I took this attitude that I didn't believe and was going to prove them wrong this evening. Well, based on me being a customer for all these years, I was dead wrong. These bands have helped me with balance, flexibly and pain relief. I am an ex-athlete that has had many injuries and orthopedic surgeries. After seeing the demo and feeling immediate improvement on balance and stability, I decided to give them a real world try. I purchase 1. All sudden I felt myself getting up in the morning with less back pain and knee pain. So I ordered another one for the other wrist. lets just say that now, for the past 7-8 years, I wear 2 on each wrist and 2 on each ankle. It has helped with water retention on my legs as well from knee injuries. I swear by EFX and will continue to be a loyal customer as long as they sell sports bands. if you are experiencing any issues with your balance, flexibility or loss of strength, I would suggest you try an EFX band to get you back to where you were. lastly, Randy the owner is the best customer service person I have ever delt with. He actually answers the phone and calls back when you have a question. You usually don't get that type of service anymore in this day in age. Nice to know that there are still people that take pride in what they do and treat customers as they should be treated. They have a life long customer in me.

I'll be honest — I was skeptical when I first heard about the EFX balance bracelet. But after dealing with Meniere's disease for years, I was willing to try anything that might help with the constant balance issues that come with it. The vertigo and instability that Meniere's brings can make even simple everyday tasks feel unpredictable, so finding something that takes the edge off matters a lot. Since wearing the EFX bracelet, I've noticed a real difference in how stable I feel on my feet day to day. The dizzy spells still come, but my ability to recover and stay upright feels noticeably improved. Whether it's the bracelet's technology or just increased body awareness, I can't fully explain it — I just know it works for me. I keep mine on at all times — it's not just a bowling thing, it helps in everyday life in ways you start to take for granted until you go without it. My one word of caution: be careful about taking it on and off too often. Repeatedly stretching it out can wear it down over time, so once it's on, I'd recommend leaving it on as much as possible to preserve it. Where I've really felt the difference is on the bowling lanes. As a high average bowler, I know better than anyone that balance is absolutely everything — it's the foundation of a consistent shot, a clean approach, and repeatable results. Meniere's was threatening all of that, making my footwork feel unpredictable and my timing inconsistent. Since wearing the EFX band, I've had so much more control through my approach and slide. My body feels centered and grounded in a way it hasn't in a long time, and that confidence carries through every shot. My scores reflect it, but more than that, I'm bowling with the same trust in my game that I worked so hard to build. I've been wearing EFX for almost 10 years now, and I absolutely swear by it. If you have a balance condition or are a serious bowler who knows how much stability impacts performance, I'd absolutely recommend giving EFX a shot. It's become a non-negotiable part of my game and my daily routine — and after a decade, I can't imagine going without it.

This is my 3rd balance wristband....one was stolen during a physician's visit! This speaks volumes that they WORK! I had what was "vertigo" a few years ago, why not try a balance wristband! My balance has improved and yours will also. I never take it off and even shower with it on. I do have small wrists and the band does slide over my had with minimal arthritis.

These work great. However, I took it off for a medical procedure and it tore apart. I’ve only had this for 9 months. I’ve only taken it off once before.

Be sure to measure your wrist, made the mistake of trying on someone else's and it was loose so ordered the size 6 its way too tight for my arm so they are sending me a new one hopefully in a size seven .thank you for being so good about replacing it as Im84 and want to have it for balance control.

What you need to know about EFX Balance bracelets - is they work! I struggle with balance being a Below Knee amputee - so my balance is off not to mention the other sports injuries I've experienced and overcome. I've tried other brands - but EFX far surpassess the "take-offs". Once you put it on - LEAVE IT. Its durable - shower ready - stylish - and a great value for the money. I also believe it helps with pain relief in that when you are more balanced you experience better posture and gait - which helps with Pain. The fit!! MEASURE your wrist as indicated and it will fit and look great. They are very durable - no real need to take it off - it also helps with sleep as another benefit.
