I have pets and since the pet hair is a main reason for me to have a filter in the first place, one feature I insist upon is a washable pre-filter. This allows me to wash away trapped dust and pet hair and really extend the life of my HEPA filters. It's also great to be able to literally see all the hair and dust being pulled from the air. The app is actually fantastic and very easy to use. Love that Alexa connects and helps me change up settings and that has been flawless. The auto functions works beautifully, as I can watch the device change color and change settings according to air quality. If I blow out a candle, spray perfumes or leave my bedroom door open I can see it work in real time. There is still some dust that settles in my bedroom but overall the air smells so much better. I live in brick ranch built in the 60's and a lot of the building materials, including tile and cabinets are original. I also live in the hot and humid Deep South so that combo is not great in the summer. This really gets rid of the damp and musty smells. I have a ton of an allergies and this really helps me sleep at night. Very pleased and just bought a second one for another bedroom.

I've had this air purifier for going on 3 years and I'm just now writing a review. Why? Because it's awesome. I normally have it sitting on the floor next to where my dogs window perch is so it can filter her smelly butt (and boy does she need it!), but we recently had one of our chickens become sick so we moved her inside to keep an eye on her. Within an hour of her being inside I decided I was tired of my house smelling like a barn, so I moved the air purifier next to the crate I have her in and within 30 minutes, the smell was virtually eliminated. Now, I'm a super smeller, I smell EVERYTHING unfortunately, so I still smell her and her lovely waste, but as a whole, this little thing has proven it's worth. For the money, it is a little work horse. The filter system on it is great and it has a black one that catches dander and other dirt particles that can be washed. The replacement filters are reasonably priced and the filters themselves last a good while. There are multiple fan settings, including a pet fan setting. You can control the entire thing through the app, which is also user friendly. I personally leave it on all the time, as my dog goes in & out all the time. As for the use for the next 5 days next to my sick chicken... I never thought I'd have to use it for this purpose, but here we are. She doesn't seem to be bothered by it, it's quiet enough not to bother her, especially at night when it's her "sleep cycle". So if you're on the fence about this air purifier, or really any of the Levoit products, just get one. They are dog AND chicken approved!

Works amazing. In used to have a thick layer of dust that would develop on top of the ceiling fan blades in a mater of weeks if not regularly dusted. Since I have begun using the air purifier, I literally have not had to dust the fan blades once in five months. The automatic functions are great, and adjust the fan speed as necessary as it picks up contamination in the air. My allergies have been better. The reusable filter is extremely easy to clean. I run the unit 24 hours a day nonstop, and it is extremely quiet on the first two setting levels, and even the higher levels are extremely moderate noise wise, as compared to what you would expect from a fan based unit. I will definitely be buying another unit for the other rooms.

Muy buen producto, abarca un área grande, muy útil el filtro antipelo que tiene que es desmontable y lavable, se queda pelusa y polvo. Por las noches es poco ruidoso, en épocas de calor refresca y se siente el aire más ligero. Muy funcional su modo automático que indica la calidad del aire, por ejemplo, después de cocinar marca mala calidad de aire después de 10 minutos en su tercera velocidad marca buena calidad de aire.

The design is clean and modern, and it fits well in the room even though it is a bit larger than I expected. What impressed me most is the performance. After a couple of days, I started to see less dust settling on surfaces and the air felt fresher overall. I also noticed that I wake up with less congestion, which was one of the main reasons I bought it. The auto mode is reliable and adjusts the fan speed based on air quality, so I do not have to constantly monitor it. Noise levels are reasonable. On sleep mode it is quiet enough to run overnight without any disturbance. Higher fan speeds are more noticeable, but that is expected and it does not sound harsh. There are a couple of things to consider. Replacement filters are not cheap, so there is a long term cost. The unit also takes up some space, so it works better in medium to large rooms rather than tight areas. Overall, this feels like a well designed product that actually delivers on its purpose. If you are dealing with dust, pet hair, or allergies and want something dependable with smart features, this is a solid option.
