Works mostly great
It works almost great with all the different features. Just can't seen to get the little tap keys to work no matter how much I try. Idk. Other then that it works great and easy to install and set up

It's what you're paying for...
It's a budget product, comparing to well known brands, so it accomplish what you are paying for.The installation smooth as posible, on the printed instructions the screw behind the handle wasn't so clear.Playing around with the different options and configuration the front handle was blocked, no backlight, no finger print reading, no card reading, that scares me because it could let me out of my own home, this happened less than 20 min after the installation, so the batteries were brand new.I'm gonna carry the physical key just in case.

Wow, Beautiful and works Amazing
I was worried it was gonna look a little goofy. Having a keypad on my bedroom door. It looks like a regular door handle, actually better and works perfectly. You can open it with your fingerprint, which I think is the fastest. You have to download the app and use it. . once you have downloaded the app, you will useyour phone To set up the key card , finger print and passwords on my app. It is very sleek. Looks regular not out of place now. I want to get black candles for the rest of my doors.it is also rechargeable, but takes four AA batteries not included.Also comes with new plates for the door and the frame with new shiny screws and a screwdriver. Very easy to install.

Do not buy
Absolutely terrible. Fully charged the doorknob and put fresh fully charged batteries in it and I never use it but it died 3 days later now won’t work unless I keep it plugged in
