Decent replacement for the original
I like the price for sure. No issues with functionality. It passed the leak test. It does leak, but it’s supposed to a little bit -just like the original. Fits fit -clips into two different manufacturer frames without issues. I wish it swiveled up and down like the original resmed, but it swivels all the other ways. No issues 👍

Economical alternative to insurance covered items
Works fine. If your insurance says you are not eligible for one of these yet, buy one of these at Pennie’s on the dollar.

It works if you do weekly soakings! Suitable for F20 large masks (RESMED)
Would not recommend this item due to have bought on 6/28/25 and used it since about two days ago ( 7/14/25 ) started hissing. Is affecting my day to day as I’m not properly getting the right amount of sleep. I have resmed machine f20 large mask. **UPDATED REVIEW ** from 1 to 4 star rating ! I got an exchanged one and this time it’s much better. Weekly soaking cleanings are necessary & allowing them to air dry throughout the day is required! If it still leaks, using a hairdryer on COOL setting to remove any moisture trapped in the flaps/filter will CHANGE your experience. I will continue to buy this piece as it’ll save me an extra $15 from the manufacturer.

Not an OEM product
This is a knock-off product that’s cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you use it without any movement in bed, you might be okay, but even the slightest movement of your head, left or right, will cause the entire mask to move, leak, and wake you up. Consider another option.

Did the job but less quality than OEM
I accidently forgot to remove the elbow when I tossed the CPAP hose in the garbage so I needed a quick replacement. For a replacement, this product worked fine although the quality is less than ResMed's. This elbow does not rotate up and down like ResMed's and does allow some leakage when moved a certain way.

It's a Perfect Fit
This item cost a bit more than other on-line competitors offering the same or similar product. Sometimes, it's advantageous to pay a bit more. This device linked up easily with the mask, no air leaks like other have expressed. I'll be looking to re-order The item arrived on the announced date.
