Pride in home ownership.
I KNOW I BOUGHT IT "USED" ,IT WAS A RETURN ! What happened was , the axle is missing and the axle holes in the legs are " wallered " out I can repair these . which is NO problem , I have several used axles , I am a lawn mower and small engine repairman . I am not asking for a replacement . Tested the chipper and it works fine .

Great mobile chipper
The Chipper works great, I am able to chip various small branches and this is great for turning branches into mulch. The size is good and easy to move around the yard. Assembly is easy, make sure to follow the instructions and not put the legs on backward...lol The chipper is durable. The packaging is not as good as expected, the chipper had a crack on the top of the machine, I believe the box may have been dropped. The chipper is functional, but I am disappointed with the crack on top.

Bad product
Donโt waste your money. It can barely handle branches well within its limits. It claimed to be able to mulch leaves. It does not. The leaves get all smushed by your hands while jamming them into the slot, the machine does nothing to leaves. Mine now was like four 8-10 inch long sticks stuck inside it thatโs it wonโt chew up and I can hear them rattling around in there. It must be an open box with a mini lawnmower blade inside. You would think it would be a slot so the debris can only go thru the cutter but I donโt think thatโs the design. It apparently cannot do older dried out TWIGS, from last season and it choked on the bark from young freshly cut limbs. I wanted to chop up all my lawn refuse and make my own mulch but it canโt do last years flower stems either. Theyโre easier to break than toothpicks. I ended up using my hands to break it all up. I was exceptionally disappointed with this product.

Easy to work with
Really easy to put together. Also easy to use, just remember it's limb-size limit. Quick and sharp. It did jam a few times (totally my fault) and the jams were so easy to clear. Proud to own this yard tool.

Wear safety googles and gloves!
This was an ok product as long as you were using near perfectly straight skinny sticks. Anything much bigger than an inch was most certainly going to have a hard time. If the stick branched out you would have a hard time stuffing it down the chute. Frequently bits and pieces would fly out of the chute so you will need to use eye protection. Even though we followed the directions on stick diameter, it still jammed up fairly easy and after having to stop, take it apart, pull stuck sticks and reassemble in just a ten minute period we got tired of dealing with it until we had a chance to get a perfect pile of sticks and leaves.

Great value!
If you can put in 2 screws and 2 cotter clips, you can assemble this! just used it for the 1st time today, reduced 6 bush piles into 8 baskets of chips in less than 2 hrs. Jamed twice, once from a knotted limb and once when i shut it off while it was still cutting ( my fault). easily unjammed by unscrewing the large knob, removing the front hopper cover, back to work in 3min. easily handled everything i put in to it. Highly recommended!

It literally worked just one day
I gave it a workout but it couldn't handle it. Grass and leaves. Some dried thatch from the lawn. Absolutely zero branches or wood. Not a great value (mid sixty dollars).

Great purchase.
Definitely would buy again. Realistically, It did well with anything under 1" diameter. You could maybe go bigger if you take it slow. Only a couple of design features I would change but overall, I love it. We ran it for about 2 hours with no issues apart from small twigs getting past the cutters and blocking the chute.
