Finishing Touch Flawless Women's Painless Hair Remover, Blush/Rose Gold

OK I read a ton of reviews before ordering the Finishing Touch Flawless Women's Painless Hair Remover, aka tiny shaver (YES, it is a shaver). I had a pretty significant, to me anyway, mustache. I had tweezered them for many years but of course then I had little black stubbles if I didn't pluck day and evening. This 'stash had been a part of my face for many years, even before the dreaded menopause and I hated it as much as hot flashes and sleepless nights. My son's getting married in a month (bless his heart) and I didn't want facial hair showing up on MY face in the wedding pictures. So I had been semi-frantically and studiously checking out Amazon for a few weeks. This particular little hair remover-shaver had more reviews than many others and as always women hated it... and they loved it. So what's a girl to do? I ordered it and it came within 3 days...that's very good. Based on several reviewers' advice, I threw away the battery that came with it (some had mega problems with that battery) and installed my own Duracell battery. I read instructions for how to use it and got started. Oh yeah. One lady noted that when she put in her Duracell battery, the device revved up and took off so I didn't really know what to expect. I didn't want to put a racecar on my face. So I gently slid the switch up and she hummed so sweetly I put her right to work. This little thing worked like a champ. My midline 'stash hairs were about 1/4 in long. So ashamed, I am, I mean I WAS :-) So pressing firmly and going in tiny circles, it removed all the upper lip hairs in about 5 min and left my upper lip feeling a little weird and a little naked...no a LOT naked... but oh so lovely to the touch. And smooth. Anyway, I also used it around my chin and jawline in case I had any hairs sprouting that I hadn't noticed yet. Hadn't done the sly hair survey yet that day. Well, this morning I asked my hubby if he could see anything different about me and he said yes and grinned real big. I said what??!! He said Well you look a lot younger. What??!! And he said Well, it's not anything I would ever mention to a lady and especially my wife. What??!! He smooched me on the lips and said Now that felt nice. Whatt??!! (had to drag it out of him) Your lips are soft... And I said You Mean Hairless? And he chuckled and kissed me again. Such a gent, he is. Bless his heart! Anyway, loved it, worked like a charm, better than expected. I told Hubby I debated on spending so much for it and he said $19.99 was cheap for something that worked so well. What a man, he knows just what to say (or not say...lol) So good-bye facial hair. Oh the instructions said you could use daily if needed... FOLLOW-UP: 6/16/18 Still using my Finishing Touch Flawless Hair Remover (razor). I am still on first Duracell battery and first cutting head. I use this every day or sometimes skip a day. As long as I go in little circles, the device takes care of all my problem hairs, stiff black or peach fuzz. I truly am glad I purchased this and have recommended it to several friends. Ordering 2 replacement heads just to have them on hand. F/U 1/5/2019: Decided to order another to have just in case. These things are terrific!

I’ve used this device daily since I received it five days ago, and I am amazed. I have had a hair growth problem along my upper lip, under my lower lip and on my chin for at least 10 years. I have tried just about every hair removal method available and found waxing works best, but I have to wax my upper lip especially almost every other day. I immediately put my new Finishing Touch device to work and it removed the hair at once, removed it painlessly, and left my skin smooth and clean-looking. It took less than a minute! This is the first product I’ve used that accomplishes complete hair removal with no pain and no stubble. I’ve chosen to include the hair removal device in my morning routine as just a teeny bit of new growth appears along my upper lip, but removal takes only a few seconds, which is preferable to having to wax every other day. I’ve noticed that hair growth is not apparent on a daily basis in other facial areas. I am very pleased with the Finishing Touch device, and unless things change, I’ll continue to be a happy customer. UPDATE on 8-22-18: I have been using my Flawless Finish for hair growth above my upper lip since June 14, so some additional comments about that area of my face are in order. First, in my opinion, it is a rotary shaver. After using the device for several days, I developed a razor stubble, which I still have after daily use. I also have the Flawless Touch eyebrow shaper/trimmer which has a much smaller head than the facial device and more specifically targets an area, so I use that to try to remove remaining stubble, which leaves my skin smoother. Second, the hair grows back darker and stiffer no matter what someone tells you, at least mine does. I also noticed that my pores are larger and there are a few razor bumps, but these are not all that noticeable. Third, the device is not working a well as it did when new. I check the batteries constantly and change them when needed, but the device 'drags' along my skin when being used. It seems to lose much of its power after it has been on for a few seconds. I have ordered replacement heads so perhaps that will resolve the 'dragging' situation. I have also returned to waxing my upper lip about once a week, which is better than the every-other-day schedule of the past. Perhaps that will allevate some of the "stubble/razor bumps/enlarged pores" I also use the device along my chin line and below my lower lip, and for this,Flawless Finish works GREAT! The hair in those areas does not grow back darker and stiffer and I have to use device ONLY every five or six days. For this alone, Flawless Finish is worth its weight in gold. In my opinion, my Flawless Finish is still the best hair removal device I have used and it still deserves five stars. And, I still continue to recommend to friends and family.

I got sick of tweezing, laser doesn't work for me, I don't like electrolysis because it can damage the skin, so I purchased this little device. It does work (if you get any of your head hair in the way, kiss those strands goodbye), but because this is actually a shaver with blades, you're simply cutting the hair off at the skin level, and you'll probably need to use the device the very next day or in two or three days at most. It's very simple to use. As I mentioned above, just make sure you have all the hair you don't want to cut out of the way, and whisk the device in small circles over your face. It shouldn't take more than a minute or two. You'll end up with a face with no hair...for a day or two. I have hair that grows very, very fast, but not much on my face at all, luckily. This gets rid of it and leaves my face very smooth and soft, but I find I need to use it almost daily. Now, this will not irritate your skin at all, so if you have sensitive skin, no worries. And, using this device will not cause your hair to grow in coarser than it was before. If anything, it will grow in finer. I used another brand for several years, and I find the few facial hairs I do have (on my chin, yuk) grow in very fine, not coarse at all. They may seem coarser because they are blunt cut rather than tapered, but please, believe me, they are not coarser in the slightest. So, no worries there, either. Over time, I think you'll find the hair gets finer and finer. But please be clear on one thing: this is a shaver; it is not an epilator. If you want to pull hair out by the roots, you'll need to buy an actual epilator, and it will cost a great deal more than this device. You could always wax, but the trouble with waxing, at least for me, is that you must let hair grow in somewhat (about 1/4 in) in between waxings. You can't keep you face totally hair free, and I want my face totally hair free at all times. So, even though this isn't perfect, I use this device rather than wax or epilate or tweeze. I even carry a second one with me in my purse in case I find I need a quick touch up. This works best on dry skin that has just been freshly cleaned. I use it after I cleanse and exfoliate, but before my toner, essence, oil, serum, and moisturizer, of course. I like this. I like having a totally hair free skin at all times. I do wish it pulled the hair out by the roots, so, not having sensitive skin, I may epilate instead some day. But I do like the convenience of having this little device in my purse at all times. It means I can be hair free at a moment's notice. This is fine to use; it is painless and quick and simple. Just be aware of its limitations.

Review of Finishing Touch Flawless Women's Painless Hair Remover, White/Rose Gold: Oh my gosh! This little shaver is a game changer! I have peach fuzz that grows at my jaw line and the sides of my face. I don't like it, but using a regular safety razor and shaving cream to shave it is not something I like to do. It irritates my skin and is messy. I decided to give this little gem a try and I am so glad I did. It does shave off the peach fuzz and little mustache hairs without irritation. My face is smooth and silky now. It is gentle enough to use every day. It runs on one AA battery which is even included. It is not a powerful shaver so the first time I used it I needed to clean it out about halfway through. A cotton swab works great to remove the trimmed hairs/peach fuzz. You can also blow air backwards through the little shaver top that twists off easily. It even has a light and a cover. All of this in a device the size of a chubby mascara tube. This makes it easy to take along when you travel. For best results use every day - it's quick and easy. This little device is a great value! Now that I know, I will never be without one again.

I really, REALLY wanted to love this product. After seeing a commercial for it on TV, I picked up my phone and opened the Amazon app to investigate, and ultimately ordered it. The sheer number of positive reviews led me to believe this was the answer to all my pre-menopausal rogue facial hair problems. And for the first day, it was. Now, I like to think I'm a smart person. I scoured the reviews and questions other users had answered and still bought this little shaver - yes, shaver. You see, with the lack of an exact description of what the product actually is, one must sift through all the reviews and answers to shed some light on it. Sure, I'd read that it was an epilator, but I'd also read it wasn't. I'd read it was a shaver (something akin to men's electric shavers), but I'd also read it wasn't. Finally, my curiosity and desire to be facially hair-free won out, and I purchased it - it's the #1 Best Seller in Beauty and Personal Care after all. The day it arrived I met the delivery man outside and rushed straight into the bathroom where I reveled in my own private unboxing ceremony and slid the battery in place. Powering this little gem on, I got to work and discovered for myself that yes, it's a shaver. And I was completely fine with that after I used it for the first time. My chin hadn't been that smooth in more than five years. I got a wild idea and did my mustache too. And then I cleaned up my eyebrows. I was in a mild state of bliss by the time I walked out of the bathroom. However, that all ended when I woke up with stubble the next morning. The ad states that it's "Gentle enough to use every day." What it does not state though, is that you'll probably HAVE to use it every day if you want to remain hair and stubble-free. In the end, it's a decent and discreet little shaver, but my parade has definitely been rained upon.

I did a test patch on my arm which has medium thickness+long length (for arm hair) of hair and the patch was nicely buzzed off. There was a bit of stubble that you could feel, but not see (light brown hair on fair skin) unless you REALLY focused on it. Did the next test patch on my chin's peach fuzz, and buzzed off nicely as well. Again, could feel the stubble, but couldn't see it. I did not press too hard because I was wary of previous reviews saying their skin rashed because of the product, so I'll see how it is tomorrow. Would definitely recommend a pre-face wash + dry with a clean towel, so you avoid adding too much face oil and bacteria onto the blade (to prevent wash-rust and promote longevity), and a post-exfoliant + wash if your skin is sensitive or acne prone like mine 😭. The flawless hair remover was not as silent as I expected. It's not as loud as a man's buzzer, but you will definitely hear it in a silent room and slightly above the sound of rushing water... So not entirely discreet, but you could probably get away with it behind a closed door. I will keep test patching more and more of my face until I can see if it does or does not create rashy bumps and will update if it does. Also, I saw reviews saying they received an off-brand and showed the difference of the label with the crossing W.. I did receive what seemed to be the original product with the "correct" W so that's nice to know ☺️ Update: it's been a few days since this review and my face is a little more prone to breaking out now bc there's no hair to protect the skin, so I have to be even more on top of cleaning my face BUT the buzzer did its job. No rashes (again I didn't press much against my skin). Very satisfactory!

Best product on the market!! Genuine, last forever. Gets the job done. I’ve tried others that claim to be “as seen on tv” and they don’t measure up to this device. Wish I could find the flawless touch replacement heads to stock up on hint hint :)

I bought the cheaper versions off other websites and they spoiled so easily with barely any effects this one really does show effects and looks nice and is pretty sturdy with good results! def worth the buy

Una de las mejores compras que he hecho en amazon, aunque a beves tengo que usar las pincitas con ese vellito dificil me ha hecho la vida mas facil. Todas las mujeres d emi familia sufrimos de vello en la barba mi abuela, mi mama y ahora que casi llego al 3er piso yoo. No siempre tengo acceso a cera depiladora, menos ahora en esta contingencia pero el flawless touch es grandioso quita casi todo el vello. No se siente como cuando usas rastrillo, no duele, deja la piel tersita y no engruesa el vello. Eso si a veces se siente como calientito cuando lo pasas pero es algo agradable a mi me fjnciona mas si hago movimientos circulares.

Es bueno, elimina el bello facial sin dolor, no irrita. Solo procura no usarlo durante las de 3 minutos seguidos porque como que se calienta y se traba. Además, es importante, que después de cada uso, destapes el anillo giratorio y lo limpias con un hisopo.
