My husband swears by these. As he gets older, we have more and more frequent events of incontinence and he can confidently leave the house knowing he wont be embarrassed by leakage.

Don't waste your money on this product. It's supposed to be for overnight use, with up to 12 hours of protection. They leaked in the same amount of time as the daytime ones. For me, that's about 3 hours. I was really hopeful that these would allow me to get more than 3 hours of sleep before being woken up by the leakage. What a disappointment. These should not be more expensive. I guess the 12 hours of protection would be true if you stopped drinking beverages at 10 am and went to bed at 10 pm. They are less comfortable than the daytime diapers. The only thing that is better is the odor control, which is why I gave 2 stars.

These night defense Depend do a very good job but I am not too thrilled with changing the packaging and charging more for the same product. I call the Depend customer service line and waited on hold for 10 minutes because I wanted to know if the product had changed too. The very pleasant person informed me the product is the same, only the packaging has changed. So 5 stars for product, 3 stars for raising the price when the only change is the packaging. Fortunately, I have found local stores still carrying these at the old price in the old packaging so I have cancelled my amazon subscription for these and stocked up locally.
