Taste good but poor mixability
This review is totally based on mixability. Using it from last couple of days so can't say anything abt the results. But mixability is very poor. It ages to stir. So make sure you are using a blender to make a thick shake.

Ineffective
Used for around 1 and half months with lactose free milk. Stomach bloating and stinky farts were the only things I gained, not muscle mass. Muscle mass didn't increase even by 1kg, and I've been doing heavy workout and also taking whey protein and digestive enzyme along with it. Disappointed. After stopping this I switched to Creatine, and immediately the stomach bloating and stinky farts completely stopped!!
