This things was hard to install...no room for wires and hoses in the back like traditional dishwashers. The wire tunnel was a huge pain unless this is a first time install and you have extra wire. Again the third row is pointless and everything remains dirty. It is louder than the old kenmore by a lot and it was circa 2000s. We are giving it a chance, but most likely we will return it and buy a different brand. Very disappointed.

We added a dishwasher to our dated kitchen by removing a cabinet, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the installation process went. Once everything was hooked up it simply just worked. In comparison to most dishwashers I’ve used in the past, I can’t get over how quiet this one is to use. You can definitely still hear it running if it’s perfectly quiet in the room, but it hasn’t prevented us from running it during the day or even taking work calls in the same room while it’s running. The third row makes it easy to have enough space for cooking, serving, and eating utensils in one load for a small household, along with most dishes, pots & pans. Not sure if all dishwashers are like this, but it only came with a drain pipe and no supply line. All in all, it’s a good dishwasher that’s been a great addition to our kitchen.

Bought this dishwasher almost six months ago. I have been holding off on writing this review until I had been using it long enough to have a good idea of the performance capabilities... This dishwasher is great for the price point it is sold at. The only times I have noticed it not getting the dishes clean is when we (my family and/or I) overload it. As far as the third shelf, I see it more as a gimic than a useful tool. It does come in handy if you decide to use it for your silverware rather than putting your utensils in the silverware racks. However, if using the third rack, it is crucial that you do not have any bowls, trays or other large dishes that will block the water sprayer. There are two of them. One under the bottom most rack, and the other below the upper rack (where you putting your cups). It was easy to install, and fit perfectly under my counter. Plus, it runs pretty quietly. At least it is a lot more quiet that the last two dishwashers I have had in my house! Also, the way the drying capabilities make this unit much more universal than all other dishwashers I have used in the past! Instead of having a heating element (similar to what is in most conventional ovens), this dishwash8ng machine has a heating element in the lower left side the wall and the hot air is vlblown into the dishwasher in order to dry the dishes without melting any plastic or rubber items placed on the bottom rack! To sum this review up in just a few words, I definitely suggest this dishwasher at the price that it is being offered at!

This dishwasher worked great for a few weeks. Then the problems started. It's constantly giving F5 error codes, which from my research may have something to do with the door latch. The problems started just after the return window. I was so excited to have a dishwasher, now it keeps breaking down and we're probably going to have to buy another dishwasher. Not sure it would be worth fixing this piece of junk. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy this dishwasher. It's awful!

Love every feature of this dishwasher except one. Love the handle on the front and the controls on top. Love the stainless interior. This dw cleans everything excellently, much better than my previous dw. The only thing I dislike about is the dish racks. As good as it sounded, I got rid of the 3rd upper rack, it was useless. The lower 2 racks are frustrating as they're made for a full dish set of mainly plates with narrower spaces between the tines. It's difficult to set odd size or shaped dishes and pots in them I can make it work though with a little finagling. Still love this dw and would not trade it for another.

Arrived a week late and severly damaged. When I filed for a replacement the price jumped up $150.00 more than I paid for this one. I took the refund. This dishwasher was absolute junk. I am a Kenmore buyer but this certainly failed Kenmore standards. Did not have any hoses or electric line. Was not even worthy of the 1 star I had to give it.

Works ok now for the most part. The water/air heating unit failed quicly, however. We had it fixed under factory warranty. Not impressed with the extra dry function. At least our glasses that trap water in their basses do not dry still. We still need to tip them over when cycle finishes to drip dry. The rest seems to work ok. The technician told us that Bosch makes this model for Kenmore, so think it should be built pretty well

Absolutely love this dishwasher and all its options! It was easy to install, very light to carry in ourselves, and I love the 3 shelves/storage space! This dishwasher has all the bells and whistles and comes in many different color options! It has a turbo dry so that your dishes come out without any water drips, it has a quick wash so if you’re in a rush-you can do a quick one, it has so many options custom to what you need! This is a MUST and the price is worth every penny to make your dishes perfect with every wash!
