After first use of Calcium BHB
I used the product for the first time and it does not melt even in hot water. It curdles and ruined my smoothie and tea. It made everything bitter., yuck.

Great way to get extra calcium
I am always looking for ways to get extra calcium, as my body doesn't tolerate dairy products, which is how most people seem to get their calcium, right? I tried adding this to my protein shakes at lunch, but the fact that it's a salt didn't make it a good fit. It really impacted the flavor of my shakes. Since then, I've just been mixing it with water and drinking it before my shakes. I can stomach it better on its own than when blended with other things. I think in the future, I will just stick with a calcium capsule supplement. I like this brand, though, and trust their ingredients.

I’ve been buying their stuff for years and adding it to my sodium chloride and Himalayan salt and potassium pills have made me get a really good stack together that combine with some good G.I. stuff makes you really ongoing health enabled. Mixed well into my cold workout drinks
Nutricost Calcium BHB (250g) Unflavored - Calcium Ketone Salt - Non-GMO Gluten-Free This is a great addition for my morning drink. I detected no taste from this supplement. I like the ingredients in this supplement. I think it is a nice to add this to my workout drink also. I like to custom mix my drinks for my overall health. This has helped me. The supplement was easy to blend into my cold drinks. The supplement is non GMO and gluten free. I would order this supplement again.

Ketosis support
I find this BHB easy to use. I just put a scoop into a flavored beverage and drink it. I did make the mistake of putting it in water, and never again! It’s not the sort of thing that I really want to enjoy straight up. Nope! But, flavored drinks are just fine. I like that I can get into ketosis easily and stay in it, even when I get more carbs in my diet than would otherwise be ideal.
