Is this product able to be welded through?

Hello: The extreme heat involved in the welding process will disintegrate Rust Bullet, and most other coatings. If welding is necessary after Rust Bullet has already been applied, then it should be removed prior to welding and reapplied afterward. After curing, all Rust Bullet coatings have a service temperature of 314F (157C) continuous and can tolerate maximum temperatures up to 662F (350C) for up to 72 hours.

does it come in white?

Rust Bullet only comes in silver but had a very durable white top coat. I have used both the black and red top coat and it is very durable.

What kind of paint would use for finish coat.

All depends on what your painting. You could go on the cheap end and simply use rustoluem paints, or buy professional autobody primers and topcoats. I plan to topcoat with epoxy primer from a HVLP paint gun and then topcoat with the color I plan to paint the car i used the rust bullet on. I only used the paint on areas that are mostly hidden after final assembly, but want everything the same color.

It is not recommended to thin Rust Bullet Coatings. If you intend to spray with an HVLP, you can use a 2.0 tip. Rust Bullet is ready to use right from the can, and you would want to adjust your equipment as opposed to adjusting the coating. Once thinned, it in not the same formulation and will not work the same as when it was made. You can use Rust Bullet Solvent or Xylene for clean-up of equipment.
