LOVE this thing!
I recently started going to the gym in my complex and when I would tell my husband about it, he would ask me what I did. By the time he gets home from work, I've forgotten almost everything I accomplished at the gym that morning, so I needed a way to keep track of it all. I started using regular paper, but it was messy and unorganized. Then I found this journal and it has completely changed my trips to the gym. It's small, so it's easily portable. I don't take a bag or anything, and I just carry it and my water to the gym. It keeps track of everything. How many sets you do, the reps, the weight. It even has spaces for cardio equipment/classes where you can track the speed, distance, resistance lvl, heart rate, calories burned. ALL OF IT! I LOVE this thing and will definitely be getting another when I fill this one up!

SO CUTE but pay attention to the size
It is definitely compact! I added a picture next to the Bath & Body Work Hand sanitizers for size reference. The description totally says that (but I of course missed it) and I was caught off guard at its size but I LOVE it. I think the spaces are still big enough to write and it fits in my gym bag perfectly.My only complaint: the right pages have like 3 sections for cardio but it would be nice if there were cardio AND abs sections. I know I can include the abs in my regular exercises, but abs are always a separate thing for me. So I might fill up the left size with upper body but still need a section to document abs. Anyway, cardio and abs outlined would be cool! I’m definitely not the type of person who does 3 different cardio things on top of my lifting LOL. No thanks.

Compact and straight to the point
This was a lot smaller than I expected, however it makes it perfect to carry in your bag. Very easy to track your workouts and it has a lot of pages unlike other journals that only allow a couple months of tracking. I’m so happy i ordered this!

Great little journal
I bought this after trying a few fitness planning apps that were either glitchy, or required way too much programming to simply set up plans to follow and track weights/levels. I just wanted something to identify what I needed to do for a workout, and tell me what level/weight/rep count I did last time. I have a couple workouts that are more than 10 excercises, and I just use the notes area for the overflow, (with plenty of room for actual notes) and I keep track of the HIIT classes I take in the extra cardio areas, and so 5 days of workouts can be tracked on three pages.(I don't list warmup or stretches, because those don't vary for me)I fill it out with the excercises and weights in the left column before I go to the gym. When I get there I fill in the weight rep part and note in which order I did the machines, so I can track whether that impacts my performance.Since I only need this for workouts, it's the perfect size and setup for me.

Great to keep me on track
I rarely write reviews. However, I've been going to a trainer twice weekly for years. Obviously, that's not possible right now and I don't want to lose what I've gained from weight bearing exercise. This book is keeping me on track. I keep it on my desk and write down all of my cardio (which I do nearly every day) and the workouts I've been doing. I feel compelled to use it daily, which means that I'm now figuring out how to do various exercises at home. When I can, I'll return to the gym and my trainer, but I may never stop working out at home now.

Small enough to take in your gym bag!
I bought this last year pre covid when I started going to the gym before work. Loved it! I could easily track my weight training workouts and cardio. Then covid hit and I stopped going to the gym. We did start building up our home gym and I continued to use this. I love how small and compact it is but has enough room for even my long circuit days! I just bought this again as I filled up the other one. Definitely recommend!

Overpriced!
Speaking from a graphic designer's point of view.The quality of the paper is cheap and so therefore I think that this is overpriced. A few simple things that they could have included to make it worth the price is the size of the book and the quality of the paper. I feel like anyone can print this from their home. A metal spiral could have even upgraded the look for a classier look. The cover seems like store bought photo paper. They could have also added some quotes with words of motivation to the intro of the book.Speaking from a fitness enthusiast.The plus side is that they have all the the check boxes you need to keep track of as far as weight, body fat % measurements etc. They even have a section if you want to jot down some notes.

Way Over-Priced
This is a dollar store notebook with pages good for workouts. You could make your own if you're not lazy, or if you're cheap. For the price it would have been nice to have an included pen that stores nicely in the binding, but my own pen fits fine. It's a pretty good format for workouts. I would have preferred if there was a space to make notes after each exercise (i.e. after 3 sets of arm curls I would like to make a note about increasing the weight by so much for next time). It is what it is, nothing special, not high quality. For the price, you should get three free. Won't buy again.

Fantastic!
I absolutely love my new fitness journal! Its the perfect size to take to the gym and keep track of my progress. I wasn't expecting the cover to be such great quality. It has a great layout where you can track your measurements in the beginning and at the end. It also has a page for weights and cardio so you can track both. I would recommend this workout journal, you wont be disappointed!

Perfect!
I guess I didn’t read the dementions, I just assumed it would be a tad bigger. But this is even better! It’s so cute and easier to throw in my bag or carry around.

It’s a no-nonsense journal and a perfect gym companion!
I purchased 2 of these journals for my gym buddy and I, and we absolutely love them! We are following an online program, but it’s so helpful to have these journals to write our exercises/sets/reps in for the day. The book is small. But that works for us. And I like the coil binding; it helps lay the book flat while you’re at the gym. I love the no-nonsense pages, which just include the exercises, the sets, reps and weight. Nothing too frilly or confusing. Plus a section for your cardio, and some space to write any notes. The only thing I didn’t 100% love was the grey shaded boxes where you write your workout details. I probably would have preferred that to be lighter or just plain white - but it’s such a minor detail. This book is great if you know what you’re doing in the gym and just want to write down the basics and keep track of your workouts and progress 👍
