Great for Vanilla Ice cream! Oh yes... NO BOOZE Its the name of the Islands Just for the record. Fantastic flavor. I find myself going to this nearly every time that I wand a special vanilla flavor.

My wife is a baker and she'll buy this Pure Vanilla 1x a year. It's a solid quality vanilla that she uses for many desserts. Notably, she uses it when making her rice crispy treats and the vanilla really stands out. It provides a strong but not overpowering vanilla flavor. For the rice crispy, it is a very great complimentary flavor. It's certainly expensive, but it lasts a while and you don't need much of it. She does it for other desserts like cookies as well but I notice it most with her rice crispy treats.
