Fitting instructions
I managed to melt the handle of my coffee maker by trying to make coffee without water. Schoolboy error. This did the job perfectly.Couple of things to be aware of. the handle does not come pre-drilled with a hole for the pin, presumably because of minor variations in how the handle fits from product to product (all the handles I looked at were the same). It's not a big deal but you will need a drill. You'll also need a hammer and some sort of tool to knock out the old pin (I used an awl). A vise or a glamorous assistant to hold the coffee maker while you do this is definitely recommended. Finally, the original screw that held the top knob in place is made of a very soft metal - I ended up having to drill this out so I could replace it.This may sound daunting but in reality it was all pretty straightforward. 10 minutes or so and I had a fully functional coffee maker again.

Be careful - not Bialetti parts and may not fit.
Bought this set to replace the knob on the lid of my 3 cup Bialetti pot, which had melted. I have been unable to source the correct knob which was all I needed. The kit included a knob and aluminium screw, a handle (drill your own hole), handle pin and valve. Only the knob matches my Bialetti pot, none of the other parts are the same shape or size and cannot be used in future. The aluminium screw was difficult to thread into the knob and was easily damaged even by the correct screwdriver head. An expensive replacement part, but cheaper than a whole new pot.

Doesn’t fit Bialetti Moka
Definitely a bad purchase.Article (specifically the handler) doesn’t fit my Moka although I care fully checked all the features/specifics/pictures of the item against my Moka model.

Low cost option to keep your moka pot going.
Only needed the lid knob but handy to have the handle and valve. You could probably survive without the knob but surprising how often you lift the lid to see how the brew is progressing.

Glad we were able to get a new handle
Accidentally melted the previous one and pleased to be able to find a replacement part
