We bought this small vacuum to help us keep our above ground pool clean. This is our first pool, it holds just over 5,000 gallons (20’ x 12’ and is 4’ deep). Pool maintenance is crucial for enjoying a float or swim, so I did a bunch of research to find a vacuum in my budget. I bought the Kokido pool vac. We have been using this vacuum for almost 6 months and it still works great. The battery lasts about an hour for us although we only typically use it for 10-15 min 2x a week. It is very quiet and easy to use, lightweight and a nice basic design that is not complicated at all. Our pool doesn’t get that dirty so this is perfect for getting sand, dirt or small debris. You need to go slow, not do big sweeping movements, and it will suck it up. The vacuum head isn’t that big but it works good for a smaller pool. Very easy to empty bag and clean. I’m usually pretty impressed with how much stuff it vacuums up that I don’t see. It works but just putting it under water. You can feel a slight vibration on the handle when it is working. When you take it out of the pool, it will run for a couple seconds until all the water has drained out. If you don’t feel the vibration when it is under water then it needs to be recharged. It takes approx 2-3 hrs to recharge at my house. I had a problem with the charging cord and the customer service was excellent! Email was answered quickly and a new cord was shipped to me for free. Great customer service (and friendly too!). We only use the larger attachment but it’s nice that the other attachment is included too. For the price we paid I feel like it is a very good value. I will try to remember to update this review after I’ve had the vacuum for over a year, but as of now it seems to be durable and works well.

Ok so I had previously bought a robotic vacuum for my 24 ft above ground pool. That was a joke. So I decided to give this one a try before I went with buying all the hoses and junk to hook to my pump to vacuum. Just the idea of battery operated and no hoses seems more convenient and practical!! 😁 I will start by saying that I do not like the handle assembly on this vacuum it doesn’t seem durable . I did not use it, I have a 15 ft pole I bought for my skimmer nets that I used and it attached perfectly. Much more stable. Charged it before use and didn’t take long at all. You do need your own USB charger block. So as we know it’s April 2026 and the pollen is 🤯, so I have blooms from the tree all around and the pollen balls all in the pool. I have been struggling with keeping them out. And it was a lot. Plus where I added salt to start up my pool they left these Little Rock’s almost sand size all in the pool. This vacuum on one charge picked up all the Debris. I didn’t time it but ik it was over a hour time. I did have to clean out the net like 3 times to keep the strong suction. That is to be expected with all the trash it was getting! This thing is so far amazing I would highly recommend everyone who has a pool or even a hot tub to purchase this thing you will not be disappointed in the vacuum itself but pole is questionable for me but remember I did not use it. I also will try using the filter ball in the net to help hold some of that small dirt grits next time!

Does not pick up fine sand. Well it does suck it up, but it just blows back out. It works well on leaves and other debris. I'm looking for another filter that might work but there's no dimensions listed for the filter.

This worked fairly well but it is best for a small pool, mine was too large to maneuver it in there effectively. It did pick up alot of debris but again too small of a cleaner for my pool. I do recommend this due to it being able to pick up a good amount of debris.

Works great in my hot tub. Picked up sand, small twigs and other dirt easily. You can't even hear it working, but you can see it pulling in all the dirt. Only used it once, but if it lasts a while, definitely a great purchase. The construction looks good good as well. You do have to go a little slow, but it picks up everything that way. Took a couple of minutes to completely vacuum a 6 person hot tub. Installing all the parts was super easy and they all seem durable. Charging was simple, just need a usb charger and seemed to charge in less than 20 minutes or so. Comes with the charging cable as well.

I should have taken a before picture but it cleaned all the debris including settled dust from my 10x30 above ground pool on the charge left right out of the box. I attached the picture after vacuuming the entire thing. When I unboxed it and saw how small it was I was not expecting much, especially not for the price (just over $50 at the time of this comment). Honestly for how much it cost if it only lasts a few months I will be 100% happy with it. I used to have a $200 hand vacuum and this performed just as well as it did and clean things up just as well. Easy to use, your pool will need to be deeper than 12 in for it to activate it because it only activates underwater. It's light and fairly compact so storage is easy if you want to just take it off and put it in a small bin. It's pretty light so don't expect something too solid but the point is that it works.

Does just okay. It's very low powered, does pick up well but you have to move very slow. Our pool is a round 13' above ground, I would have sent it back if we had much larger as it's just too slow to cover much ground. It does do what it's supposed to do, albeit if there's many leaves you'll have to dump it every couple leaves as the catch bag is quite small and then it really loses the little suction it has. Don't get me wrong though, it's cheap and does what it was intended and advertised to do. We use it about 2 times a month or so depending, takes about 45-60min to clear the bottom of our 13'

Have used many times and works surprisingly well. Handle is a bit flimsy but the vacuum works better than I expected. Net captures the debris and is easy to access and clean. Suction seems more than adequate for anything I've experienced including dime-quarter sized leaves and bugs.

It’s actually not as quiet good and effective as it was in the picture and advertising of the product, unfortunately I purchased this item to clean all the debris and dust out of the pool, but it doesn’t seem to function as so, it only works on large chunks, it doesn’t work with dust, and for a high price I thought it would work even with small dust, (as it was shown in the pictures) but it doesn’t, unfortunately it is a waste of money…

easy to use and works well

Mon troisième achat de matériel de piscine de cette entreprise, la qualité des matériaux et le design du produit sont nettement améliorés. J'ai une piscine en béton de 18 pieds et la batterie de l'aspirateur dure assez pour deux nettoyages. Fait en plastique de qualité, l'appareil est plus robuste que les modèles précédents.

The product arrived on time and in good condition. The vacuum itself works well as we used it to clean our swim spa year round. My only issue is that the pole broke where it inserts into the vacuum. Maybe it was just our unit that was defective, but I feel that this could have been avoided if it was designed a little differently. I use a bit of Gorilla tape to fasten the pole to the vacuum and it works just fine. Overall, a decnt product.
