I’m looking for a glove that the finger tips are abrasion resistant for scratching in the dirt while mining

Is there a size chart?

Not that I could find when we ordered our gloves. The Large size fits men's hands that range from "larger" Medium to Large normal sizes so I assume the Extra Large is therefore size appropriate as well.

Is this this gloves fully waterproof or is it only the palm?

Not waterproof! Not even close.
