5 stars with room for improvement. I’ve tried so many of these over the years and am happy to have found one from India that is comfortable and stays in place. It also provides good but flexible support and helps the muscles to move and stay in the right positions during exercise. I’m using it postpartum to help shape and remind the body to suck in the tummy to get back in shape. Previously I’ve worn some that bother the hips when worn but these are not too tight. My one suggestion is to make these with a proper underwear crotch, so that they can be worn in place of underwear. If it had this one alteration it would be be near perfect. Lastly, please see the photo. It does not match the photos they posted on Amazon to advertise the product. It’s entirely different.
