Was a bit difficult to get the pump to work at 1st. Bought this as ny sister had the coconut version and it was sooo lush I had to see what the other scent was like. You dont need a lot on your sponge either

Horrible Isreali product

I really like this shower gel. It cleanses your body well and feeling refreshed straight away.

I solved the mystery! So many reviews number 1 complaint was the pump for the bottle would not "pop up", which caused much frustration! Well, I was having the same problem. On the top of the pump there is an arrow, with the word "open", showing which way to turn the top so that it would (supposedly) magically pop up, and you would be ready to pump and lather! NOPE! I twisted the top counter clockwise, I pushed down as I turned it, I banged it on the side of the counter, and finally just put everything back into the box. I was rinsing the pump off after replacing the original lid, and kept trying to think of a solution. Quite by accident, as I was holding the bottom part of the cap where the pump top is AND also holding the white tube that goes into the bottle, and decided to turn it one more time----and the @#$##$ thing popped up! So, to the makers of this very pleasant body wash, don't you think it would be a good idea to include in the instructions: Pop the top BEFORE you put it on the bottle!!??!!

I’d give 5 stars if I didn’t have to Google how to get the pump to unlock. As answered by the retailer: CLOSE CAP TIGHTLY ON BOTTLE, THEN ROTATE SPOUT COUNTERCLOCKWISE. I’m putting that in caps because I may have to come back the next t bottle I open, since I will definitely be buying more if possible. Almond/vanilla smells subtle but nice. Gentle on skin, & retailer responsive to questions. Great product, infuriating pump.

Product is great but they really need to figure out the shipping process—either seal the bottles in air tight plastic or create better caps to the bottles. Mine exploded in transit, and this tends to be a common thing amongst customers after reading through the comments. Buyer beware—it is a great product but you may lose some of it in transit due to the bottles being extremely loose/ bottles poorly sealed.
