I love that it doesn’t have any artificial ingredients, I love the Matzo Project packaging design and I especially love that the broth is vegan! My partner is vegetarian and I can make a giant pot for both of us without having to sacrifice anything for either one of us. I add carrots, onion and celery while it’s cooking and add extra wide egg noodles and dill at the end—and then shred up a rotisserie chicken to add to my bowl/leave out of his! He thinks I’m a real Balaboosta!!! (I also keep this on hand to whip up for anybody who has a cold. Even if you add nothing to it, in 30 minutes you have a giant pot of homemade-tasting soup to drop off and you come off looking like a hero!)
