Don't use on scalp, use on face since the needle size is small, I found it ideal to do that, it's non adjustable so there's that.

It was good for couple of times until it broke off by it self, However as it was fault Item!! The seller was professional and really looking for customer satisfaction, he issued a refund for me

I won't speak to the claims of regrowing your hair, but this tool does its job and it does it well You have plenty of settings to choose from, The needles are sharp and puncture the skin well. This tool is best for flat areas. For example, I find it works well for my stamping my face but, for my scalp, it's a bit more awkward due to the roundness of my head. Before and after using, be sure to spray with rubbing alcohol. The manufacturer says it's good for about 20 uses, but I think you can get more out of it if you're careful with the needles. Overall, a good product and I highly recommend it.

I like that it's adjustable... from .25mm and up. I usually use from 1 to 2.5. It's very easy to change the size of the needles.

I bought this to eliminate dragging while using my micro needle roller, and I like this one better. I dont have drag marks, and I can adjust the needle length by twisting the handle

Honestly, I can't really tell a difference but it's only been around a month since I started using it. I started at around 0.5mm but realized that wasn't long enough to penetrate my astronaut forehead, so I went straight up to 1.3mm. I have only bled once while using, and it was just a slight trickle. There was little to no pain upon usage, and it kind of feels like an ant bite. Lastly, It was quite hard to use on my big behind forehead once more due to the square shape of the stamp and me having a standard round forehard.
