The face tallow that I received that was whipped was easy to apply and rubbed into the skin without leaving a white hue. It has a very light scent that fades and I think it is a great product overall for day to day usage. The not so great - one of my orders came and the face tallow was more solid, left more of a white residue, and smelt more like sun screen than tallow or the cocoa butter smell that it usually has. This makes it seem like there was a mistake in making the product (or inconsistencies) or I got ripped off by Amazon.
