Kit Heath Women's Sterling Silver Lust Heart Necklace of Length 18 inch

This necklace took rather a long time to arrive as the order got 'stuck' somewhere in despatch. However, after an email from me to Amazon, this problem was swiftly dealt with and the necklace arrived the following day, so well done for that. Although the heart pendant itself is lovely, the chain was shorter than advertised - it was only 17 and half inches long, not 18, which made quite a difference to where it sat around my neck and after bringing this to Amazon's attention, a solution was arrived at - but it would have been nice if it hadn't happened in the first place - after all, you are paying for silver that isn't there. I have asked Amazon to check the their stock they have for this chain length - hope that they do so no one else has the same problem as me. That said, the necklace is lovely, looks very attractive on, heart pendant is not too large or too small and a great shape.

With matching ear studs, made a good combination, and was good value and a very well received gift for a teenage daughter.

Simply gorgeous! The heart itself has a lovely heavy expensive feel to it and sits beautifully when worn. The chain is also pretty as it catches the light and is quite fine without being too thin. The clasp is a lobster one and not fiddly at all, very easy to fasten. Also comes in a luxury branded gift box so ideal as a gift or like me, I have kept mine for myself as I also bought the matching earrings. Cannot fault this necklace at all! Lovely quality.

Absolutely shocked. Day before valentines and the necklace wasn't even in the box !!!!!!!!!!! Panicking and absolutely distraught !!!!!!!!!!!

The chain was not 18" long was 16" long and very thin, I wonder if that was why it was in the sale

Lovely quality and a chunky weight -very nicely finished. BUT it did not sit properly on the neck - it kept rolling over onto its side and had to be turned back to sit flat. I returned it for this reason. A shame because it is nice quality piece.

I bought this necklace for a friend as I had previously bought it for myself. I was dissapointed when it arrived as it was tarnished and had not been cleaned prior to being sent out to me. I therefore ended up having to clean the necklace before wrapping and giving it as a present, I don't really expect to have to do this. Apart from that it is lovely.
