Frylight Sunflower Oil Spray,190 ml (Pack of 1)

Seems to the job, only used a few times but worked well.

This is especially useful if you have an air fryer or you do your own chicken goujons or anything really just cook with squirts of the oil onto whatever you’re doing in the air fryer or in the oven I find it works well to give him food and extra crispiness specially if it’s in the air fryer

I don't normally like using these sprays as they can ruin your pans, trays etc... but I use a spray of this to make low calorie healthy muffins. It works well and is decent for the price.

Love it, easy to use, great for spraying over roasties reducing turning over and over. Less oil, less greasy food.

So good and very light / low calories

Well it works to use as a replcaement for oil, but it doesn't look healthy not sure if it works its like a white gel spit on the frying pan, when heated it seems to turn more to what oil looks like, it just goes inviisible but if its only 1 calorie a spray then its worth using Just hope you get some of the healthy benefits of some of these such as the olive oil one, which your not technically supposed to cook with it unless its maybe low heat the longer you cook with olive oil the less nutrients your getting from it as those nutrients are burned in the cook.It might be healthier to use a special pan dry fry stuff and then add a little bit of olive oil organic the real stuff not the mixed one that's half olive oil and half normal cooking oil that stuff is bad for you get the original one and just have some in salad and dry fry everything else problem solved and no need for these 1 calorie spray's if you get all the benefits from olive oil your set for life.

So easy to use and lasts ages as you only need a few sprays!

Its sunflower spray oil and is light. Cant say much more about it other than we use it regularly as part of a Slimming World diet.
