Review: Very nice bike - I really appreciate the customer support for constantly following up and giving necessary assistance in arranging service experts on site. The bike is a very good ride. The response while riding with pedal assist is really good. It’s made the ride so easy and effortless. Few things to keep in mind is to charge fully (5hrs in my case) before going for long ride. Also during initial installation myself, i found the disc brake not up to the mark first time, and since bike is going with extra power is NOT likely to stop as expected. You would need assistance here. Also i wish the bike had a horn and light, which can be bought separately. Apart from all these, the bike motor, battery are all good and working well which are the main components.
Review: Very Bad Product, Experience - I would like to give minus rating if possible. Don’t purchase at all. No service support from desertcart and No support from manufacturer. I have brought only 5 months back and having throttle issue and manufacturer is denying to cover in warranty. It is better to purchase locally. Don’t go with online. I have done big mistake and now I am suffering a lot!!
