Engineers got this right!
I rarely submit reviews; however, due to the incredible results obtained from this product, I felt compelled to let others know about my experience. I purchased a very high-end laptop with an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX CPU, NVIDIA RTX5090 GPU, 2 - 2 TB NVMe SSDs, and 64 GB RAM. This combination creates a great deal of heat. I "borrowed" an inexpensive single, large fan cooler from another laptop that dropped my temperatures a few degrees. I desired one producing greater results in order to protect my expensive computer. I previously purchased, a week earlier, an expensive cooler from Amazon for about the same amount of money. It did nothing to reduce the heat; consequently, it was returned for credit. I bought this unit after reading all the reviews, just like I had when I had purchased the aforementioned cooler. I am NOT a gamer, i.e., I use the laptop to browse the Internet, and compose documents, etc. Using a copy of CoreTemp, I carefully monitored the heat being generated. After a brief time, my laptop reached close to 200 degrees F. After turning on this cooler, at the maximum RPM, it very quickly dropped approximately 60 degrees! This cooler seems to be well-engineered, by designers who "get it." It has additional USB ports on the LEFT SIDE! Most people are right-handed. I've never understood why designers nearly always place the ports on the right-side. This has always seemed counter-intuitive to me as plugged-in accessories get in the way of using a mouse, etc. The inside of the unit, where the fan is located, is a "pit." It is an open space containing the large fan. Around the perimeter is a thick foam insert. After placing the laptop on the surface of the pad, the foam creates an air-tight seal. This facilitates the cooling of the unit!!! The unit itself feels quite substantial. My rig is a 16-inch. It fits very well on this cooling pad. The pad - is - bulky. Because of the huge fan inside, it is to be expected! The fan has a filter. In time, it will need replacing. It is the usual foam-type insert used to filter the air in my desktop computer. I've bought inexpensive sheets of this from, e.g., The Home Depot. Controls for changing the fan speed and LEDs are conveniently located in the front for easy access. The "sweet spot" in RPMs for me is 1600. This is a blend of efficiency and cooling. I usually access the computer while reading and listening to music [without earphones], or watching television. I do not notice the cooler at this setting. If desired, the cooler goes up to 2800 RPM or down to 0000 RPM, adjustable in 200 RPM increments. Yes, at 2800 RPM, the device is quite noisy; however, it is great to rapidly reduce heat, if necessary. Then, lower it back down to something less noticeable. The LED lights are a nice touch. Unnecessary, but nice to have. There are many, many combinations available, so the user will surely find one to their liking. There are two metal "stops" towards the front of the unit. These are adjustable from completely flush with the surface of the unit, to a few iterations high enough to prevent the laptop from sliding into your lap. There are also recessed legs in the bottom. These create an adjustable angle for convenience when using on a table, or on your lap. The cooling pad is not inexpensive. Then again, neither is my laptop! I want to ensure the latter lasts for a long time. Reducing the heat being generated is a way to attain this, I hope. Is this laptop cooler worth the cost? I believe it's worth it, even if the price was higher. This review is an honest opinion. No monies were received for using nor reviewing this product. Your opinion may differ. Your results may vary. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

One word. Incredible.
Picture 1 is Call of Duty MWZ, full 4K, maxed out settings on Performance mode. Laptop is an Alienware X16, I9, 32GB, 4080. Before this cooler my temps were maxed out at 100*C the second the game loaded, and never went down. CONSTANT throttling, and the laptop was hot as h***. Once the cooler was added (running a 2K fan speed) my temps never even saw over 80*C, and all 4 system fans were barely even spinning to keep the laptop cool. Picture 2 is Netflix running at 4K on a 32" MSI monitor, and Chrome open on my 1440P LG monitor. The system fans are not even on! This is a gamechanger for the gamer, or content producer using a lot of CPU and GPU. The filter on the bottom keeps all of the dust out of the laptop, reducing the need for cleaning. The noise, even at full tilt is a bit loud, but you have to give and take when working with these high end laptops. Normally, when just watching video, I keep it at 1200 rpm, and it is quiet. During 4K gaming at max settings, I usually keep it at 2000 rpm and it is manageable. The build quality is great, does not feel cheap or flimsy. My X16 fits with plenty of room to spare. Downsides: The power, RGB, and fan adjustments are not lit up. This makes it hard to find the correct buttons in a dim room. The foam pad tends to move around a bit if you try to adjust without actually pulling the machine completely off the cooling tray. Not a deal breaker, but over time I worry that the foam will degrade. Finally, the last downside is not being able to find the other models. I REALLY wanted the GT626 model, but right now at this time it appears to be a unicorn in the US. When ordering this one, the GT600 there were only 4 in stock when I purchased. Overall, if you are a casual user, this will be a life saver, and not bother you with the sound of the fan. As a gamer running higher end equipment, this is a MUST HAVE. Watching my PC barely even use the onboard fans, feels cool to the touch (if you know Alienware, you know) is amazing, and my SSD temps are usually in the 30 - 35*C range at all times. You get what you pay for, and this is worth every cent. Hopefully the longevity will be there, and the upper models become more readily available. Not sad I got the GT600, but I really wanted the GT626.

Way Better Than Every Other Cooling Pad I've Tried
This is a premium cooling pad. I had a small issue at first—my laptop is an MSI and it's a bit large, with the fans positioned more toward the top rather than the center. The cooling pad was slightly too big and ended up covering part of the laptop's fans. However, I trimmed a bit of the foam, just enough to avoid blocking the airflow, and it worked perfectly. Before using the cooling pad, my laptop ran at around 50°C on idle (it has an RTX 4080, so it runs hot). Now, with the pad, it stays around 30–35°C. I also tested it with PUBG. Previously, temperatures ranged from 80–95°C, but now they stay between 60–85°C. The temperatures still fluctuate a bit, but the improvement is noticeable. The LED lighting doesn’t bother me—you can adjust the brightness and lighting pattern, which I think is a nice touch. The adjustable metal stand that holds the laptop is also customizable, which I found really useful. Overall, I’m very happy with this cooling pad. I didn’t have to cut much foam, just enough to make sure it didn’t block the laptop’s fans. One downside is the noise. The fans are quite loud, especially at higher speeds. You can run them around 1200–1600 RPM, which helps keep things quieter, but you’ll still hear them even with a headset on. If someone else is in the room, it could definitely be annoying.

Really effective cooler
I always wanted one of these but didn't know if it would fit well with my setup due to the height. I took a chance and use this on my laptop daily. I have an over the chair desk and I use a wrist rest for comfort so the height is no problem. This cooler instantly cools off your system. You can watch the temps drop in your monitoring app when you turn it on. The lowest fan setting is 400 and I keep it on that about 90% of the time and kick it up to 600 sometimes. I've never had to use it on a higher fan speed. It is really quiet at 400 and 600. At the highest setting of 2000 it is pretty damn loud but I can't imagine a scenario where you would need that much fan.

It's a Beast! Highly Recommend!
Very powerful fans! I love the height it gives my laptop. It helps make it more comfortable to type on and use daily, all day. The fans get noisy at 1200+ if you are recording videos, but is quiet below 1200. I use it with the lights off because I like my dark space...it's easier on the eyes. The lights are still cool, regardless. They match my back-lit keyboard and that makes them ultra cool. This does a great job keeping my laptop cool while under heavy use, which I desperately needed because my gaming laptop was shutting down due to heat before I got this. I do not give this product a five star because the buttons can be challenging. They do not respond every time you push them, and some seem out of alignment from where they are supposed to be. So, if you fat finger it, you may land perfectly square on where the buttons actually are, rather then where they are supposed to be. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, this is a beast of a laptop cooler and I would definitely recommend it and buy it again, myself. Oh, It is worth mentioning that I have a 19" laptop (measuring from top left corner down to the bottom right corner with it closed) and this fits it perfectly. It is 15" across from left to right, 11" straight from top to bottom if that helps. My screen surface from top left corner to bottom right corner measures 17.5". That is important to know! You do not want to buy something that will not fit your laptop!

Worth It, Genuinely
I’m using the IETS GT600 RGB Laptop Cooling Pad with my Lenovo Legion 7i, and the difference in temperature is honestly very noticeable. This cooling pad actually works. My laptop runs much cooler compared to the cheap cooling stands I’ve used before. Everything is adjustable, which I really like. You can change the stand height, adjust the stopper so the laptop doesn’t slide, control the RGB lighting (brightness, speed, and modes), and adjust the fan speed as well. The RGB lights are a fun extra touch. I absolutely love this cooling pad and think it’s worth the investment. After using this, I’m definitely done buying cheap laptop cooling fans.

Fantastic
4090 in a laptop is bound to push the heat limits. I'm running the cooling pad at 1200 rpms mostly. My idle GPU temps have dropped by 12 C. Two games had recently caused overheat shutdowns somewhere above 80 C within 5 minutes of gameplay. One game runs at 34 C with the cooling pad and the other at 50-60 C for hours now at 1200 rpm. This is with the most graphics settings turned back up as well, I was overheating with everything turned down. This cooling pad make a huge difference. The decibel level at 1200 rpm is the last reasonable setting. 1600 rpm is the last setting I can handle and people around you won't be too happy. The cooling pad goes up to 2800 but bring some earplugs or headphones. Higher rpms get inconsistent cooling improvements so it's not really worth the volume at that point. Trim the foam seal up even if there's not much touching your vents. I only had to trim about 1/4" off and it made a difference.

High performance. Fan control degrades.
Excellent performance. Keeps my high end laptop so cool that my internal fans don't need to work. The downside - The only way to turn it off is to unplug it. The fan speed control after a while degrades. It wasn't always like that. It has gotten progressively worse so that it has only two settings despite me changing the fan control speed: Full blast, and unplugged. My gaming laptop does stay chilled when under 100% load, and it does "work", but there's no fan speed control anymore. I would like IETS to contact me about this.

Works great with the ROG strix g15
Excellent cooling. Cyberpunk 2077 used to heat up my laptops exterior to a degree I could barely touch it, but the cooler brings down the temperature to a point where it's barely warm. Atleast a 20 degree difference, Id say. The filters work well aswell. They trap alot of dust and are easy to remove and dust off (clean).
