Starting its good but after 15 days its not working as before. Not mentioned warranty there is no customer service I feel this product is not value for money don't buy.

Only 4 springs came. Used product. Paints gone in May places. Didn't work smoothly, had rough pull so couldn't use it. No return. Not safe for babies. Not worth a penny. No manual came to fix. We had to do DIY. Don't buy.

Remote doesn’t work . Scratches on the product. Speed button doesnt operate properly. Defective product

It broke down on the 7th month from the date of purchase. Bought it because the baby was not sleeping without the continuous swing motion of the cradle and especially to take it outside India. Confirmed the compatibility of it with them through WhatsApp before buying. It stopped working on the 7th month. I think the main unit is damaged, it was not pulling the cradle. Strictly followed all the procedures mentioned by the manufacturer, not a fault of ours. It broke down when we needed it the most, the baby wasn't sleeping without the swinging motion. When contacted they said they will repair if the issue is within 6 months and a new main component will cost 2400rs. I bought the whole set with for 3500rs. Since they guaranteed that it can be used till the baby reaches 15kg, I expected it to work at least for 1 year!!! It broke down on the 7th month after the purchase and the baby was just 9kg at that time. For those who wants to take it outside India, please think it before buying.
