Review: Great product for the price and would highly recommend! Top notch quality item. - I really like the advantage of being cordless. In the past, I have always had to deal with making sure the cord was not in the way, it would get tangled and seemed to restrict me from getting the correct angle when carving meat (specifically, turkey). This is not an issue any longer and works great and would highly recommend. The only drawback is it seems the plastic knobs on the knives. Appears to be cheaply made, so I have a little reservation about how long it will be before they crack and break. These are not required to operate the knife but should be in place/attached for safety. I would avoid placing these in the dish washer to help ensure the longevity.

The knife worked pretty well at first, but only about three weeks later and I am seeing a marked decrease in the battery life. When I first got the knife I could get through at least 2 and a half, sometimes even 3 full loaves of bread before losing a significant amount of battery power. Now I can't even get through a full loaf on a full charge. I'm hoping I can still return for a refund. I bake 4 loaves every time, and charging the knife between each loaf turns a 20 minute job into a 4 hour plus job. Not happy at all with it! So disappointed... I love that it is cordless, and the storage box is compact. The battery seems to last a decent amount of time. The biggest issue I have is that the blades are pretty short. I'm keeping it because, for the price, this is my solution for cutting my homemade soudough bread, but even cutting sandwich loaves, it is barely long enough to do a good job. I think if I was carving a large turkey it would also be an issue. If the blades were even one inch longer, preferably an inch and a half, it would make all the difference in the world. The "effective cutting" length (the serrated part of the blades is 7 inches.

I really like the advantage of being cordless. In the past, I have always had to deal with making sure the cord was not in the way, it would get tangled and seemed to restrict me from getting the correct angle when carving meat (specifically, turkey). This is not an issue any longer and works great and would highly recommend. The only drawback is it seems the plastic knobs on the knives. Appears to be cheaply made, so I have a little reservation about how long it will be before they crack and break. These are not required to operate the knife but should be in place/attached for safety. I would avoid placing these in the dish washer to help ensure the longevity.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cordless knife with a safety lock

I purchased this electric knife to replace my old knife that had died. I like the way the handle looks and the fact that it is a cordless knife. The quality is better then the one I had before. It has a safety lock and the grip is comfortable to hold. The knife is easy to use and I like that it has stainless steel blades. I had it since last year and it works well. I feel it is a good price for the money. If you need a cordless electric knife I would recommend trying this one.
