Joy Is The Customer Service Person I Worked Out This With. Amazon Gives You 1 Month To Return It. But It Carrie's A Year Warranty With The Seller. I Recommend This Brand.

This massager works great..Finally one that works and doesn't cost a lot..

Got it because my outer arm&shoulder has been unbearable lately; it helped wonderfully yesterday.Makes an irritating very high pitched sound while on(my dad couldn’t hear it but I can). My arm felt stiff again this evening so I started to use it, but after a minute or so I heard a click/crack and now it shakes but the massage head stops moving with a fingertip’s amount of pressure. It’s a noisy paperweight.

I wanted a cordless massager that had enough power to do the job, as the last cordless one that I had bought was a bit anemic in the power department. This massager has plenty of power, perhaps almost too much, and it can only be turned back so far; it's more of a percussion massager than a vibrator. The unit is fairly heavy, so be forewarned about its weight which may make it hard to hold for a prolonged period of time. The power of the unit is more than sufficient for work on shoulders, back, legs, and waist, but I'd caution against using it on the neck or where the neck connects to the head as the intensity is quite strong! The massager comes with a number of screw-on heads, three hard plastic and three rubbery; a nice little mesh bag is provided for their storage. The handle is quite long, enabling the business end to reach well down the back. There are several settings and power adjustment levels, but none are really soft or gentle. All in all, however, this massager is a good value for the price...

OMG amazing! Exactly what is needed for achy and tight muscles and tissue! This is wonderful! Easy to use. Pain relief!

A little bit disappointed. Massager work well for 2 days .than it won't run now. Full battery. Massager is junk and lost my SSDI money on this and now guess I am SOL.

Charging is terrible, was able to use it once. Doesn't charge at this point. Left it for 2 days and still nothing. Would not buy again. It is kind of heavy too, making it awkward.
