I am not a big power fan, but was very disappointed with this system because it is so underpowered. I really wanted to like the “iMortor” hub motor because it is such an elegant concept, with the battery, control hub motor and wheel all in one nice package. The engineering design is actually really nice in some respects in that everything fits together well, the charging is easy, and the blue tooth communication of the hub with an app on your phone was a clever idea. Unfortunately as the second video shows, it is not just the battery that is limited, the hub motor itself does not have the capacity to assist much on even small hills. I weigh 110 Kg and the iMortor manual says it has the capacity to handle 180 Kg. But even smaller people than me would not find that this hub motor provides much assistance on inclines and hills - perhaps it would work for someone 60 Kg, but not much more. On the flats and downhill, it certainly can boost speed, but that is not what I need a hub motor for.I JUST LOWERED MY RATING DOWN to a 1 star from a 2 because they now expect me to pay the shipping fee back. Given the false advertising about the performance of this system, they need to pay for return postage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great conversion kit for the money, It works just fine.... *by P***I on June 4, 2018*  Ok after all the bad reviews this item got I still took a chance and purchased it, and you know What? I'm glad I did, it does exactly what its supposed to do, it's a power assist motor with a cruse control. It took maybe a couple of hrs. To get it installed and that's because it went on a schwinn beach cruiser, 26 inch and it fit perfectly and looks good too. I took it for a spin and everything works and works like its supposed to. I had it going about 15 kph for about an hr. On pedal assist on small upgrades works fine I weigh about 200 lbs too, after an hr I still ha half battery power so I decided to just cruise without pedaling and at 15 kph after a half an hr. I still couldn't drain the battery so The total ride was 1.5 hrs. 1hr. Of excersise on pedal assist and 1 half hr. On just cruise no pedaling and still had a little power on the red. I tried to download the app and I did but it's in Chinese and that does me no good but you don't need it everything works without it, had I gotten the app in English I would have givin this Item 5 stars, it's a great power assist and a well made product..... ### ⭐ Very disappointed! *by D***Y on April 21, 2018* returned it still waiting for refund from storm store plus I got wacked 77.00 return shipping out of pocket.
