It fits well and is easy to put on and take off.The only con to the item is the square flap on the back where your TV mount passes through the cover. With the Square flap up it leaves a way for weather to get in. Since the back of my TV faces the weather I had to cut a slit in this flap to allow it to close more around my mount.
