I'm very interested in this product! however, i make yogurt in 1 quart amounts. by info above that would be 1/4 of 1/8th tsp! how much is that???

Hello - I make in 1 qt amounts as well. 1/16 tsp will work perfectly. If you have a small teaspoon set, you could use 1/32 tsp, but for the first time I'd use 1/16 tsp. Rusty - Know-How Foods
