Buy a "heavy" cord if you are going to use USB C for a laptop
Game changer for travel! I purchased a "higher wattage" USB C cable to go with it. Now I can leave my laptop power supply at home and only need one adapter for all my devices. Traveled throughout Europe, UK and Iceland worked flawlessly. Your phone needs to be capable of accepting a super fast charger mine is a Galaxy s24. Great purchase

The only converter you will need.
The best adapter I have owned. It has enough power for all your devices. There are enough USBC for all my devices and able to plug my 110 volt devices also.

Kinda bulky, but powerful
Taken this to about 4 different countries. Kinda big, but it does the job. Quick note, the two straight prongs (U.S. plug) can turn. Felt dumb after I figured it out in the later half of my Argentina trip.

Awesome power supply and adapter.
Great for all countries. Even at home, it gives multiple outlets from a single source, and has plenty of power to charge multiple devices at the same time.

First shipped wrong brand product, then defective unit.
Have been pretty happy with other Tessan products, so gave this a try before leaving for an oversees trip. First I was sent a completely different device in a Tessan package (I ordered it through the Tessan Amazon store). This was returned and the correct product was eventually received. During my travel to Europe, the AC outlet and USB-A port worked, but none of the three USB-C ports deliver power to any device. I tested multiple cables (including E-Marked PD cables) and devices (phone, laptop, watch, earbuds) on each USB-C port individually. The white indicator light is on, and the USB-A charges correctly, but all USB-C ports are completely non-functional. The unit appears defective, which is a problem when abroad and count on it to charge phone watch..

All ports are not the same
Read the description of how the ports work with multiple cables attached. It is clearly states in the product description, but you may not get full performance if you are using some of the ports simultaneously. I was unable to charge an iPad in the USB-A port with something attached to the USB-C port next to it. Just not enough juice to get the job done. My iPad made this dull heartbeat tone. Took me a while to discover that iPad tone means there is insufficient amperage to charge. If I moved the USB-C to another port, then it would work.
