I recently had a particularly unpleasant procedure which left me losing a lot of blood and oozing more blood over the following days. I developed anaemia and was very weak, shaky and unwell. I didn’t want to get the doctor involved so I ordered these iron tablets and within a weak, felt so much better, had energy and the colour had returned to my face. The tablets are quite large but I didn’t have trouble swallowing them. They are high strength and one a day. They worked wonders for me and not only helped with my anaemia but boosted my energy so much so, that I had to stop taking them for a week as I was bed bound so didn’t want an abundance of energy. I’m not usually a champion of supplements and rather cynical of their health benefits but these have been instrumental in my healing and I’m so grateful for them.

These Ambrosial Iron food supplements are non sugar, non GMO, 100% Vegetarian, no fillers and just what I need. The 60 vegan capsules are regular size and I found them easy to swallow with water, and to reduce them sticking in the back of the throat, just swallow with plenty of water. I've since learned to move it about the water before swallowing it down. If its still stuck, then eat a piece of buttered bread to help it go down. I actually feel alert and well being, but not sure if its all from the capsules, but I know its doing something good to my system. I find this supplement help alot as I am a vegetarian.I needed a good iron source and these digest well and I'm sure these are working for my blood.I am happy with these Iron and I like this product. Good value for money.

This is a good value pack considering you get a two months supply (one tablet a day).Tablets themselves are quite big compared to some but I found them very easy to swallow with a small glug of water. They are tasteless so there's no unpleasant side-taste with them at all.Around a week or so in I do feel a little less tired so I think they are certainly helping me.They are vegan friendly and gluten-free so most should be able to use them.

With 25mg of iron per tablet, these are a high dose product which is beneficial for those who suffer with a low iron deficiency. This has always been a problem to me. I like to donate blood regularly, and often find that I am unable to due to my low iron levels. I have taken iron daily for many years, but haven't tried a dose this high before. I'm interested to see if this will boost my red blood cell production and allow me to donate blood again. Iron deficiency also contributes to fatigue and light headedness, these supplements should conquer that too. They are in a huge bottle, you could fit another 60 tablets in there. They don't smell bad which is good, and they are easy to swallow. The price is good for 60 doses.

Packaged perfectly with locked in freshness with a relatively easy to swallow capsule & nothing overwhelming in terms of odours etc. A Worthwhile course with high strength and key elements to aid lacking & deficiency issues or immune support, just to name a few.Luckily i dont get constipated with these like others ive had in the past. Ive not fully completed the course yet but have felt a noticeable difference feeling less fatigued.Price is reasonable and id definitely get these again! Ill update if anything to add.

I’ve got these for the Mrs who is not really a fan of meat so her and does tend to be a little bit low. Since taking this for sometime now, I must say that she does seem to have more energy and definitely seems more alert. The capsules themselves easy enough to swallow and there’s no nasty aftertaste, repeating on you or anything like that. a good high strength supplement that is pretty much essential in most peoples diet.

A good supply of iron suppliments, they are reasonably easy to swallow and if they don't go down first time you don't get an awful taste as they are in a capsule. I did notice after taking for around a week that I didn't feel as tired as I have been lately.Reasonably price for 60 day supply.
